The market seems to be neutral or slightly negative about the upcoming figures. Lack of big changes these last few days suggests to me that the figures are not leaking. If I thought we were going to see a 10% reduction in SP, surely I would sell now or even sell half. My natural optimism and hope is keeping me in there.

I have learnt and relearnt that I cannot trade in more than a couple of shares at a time, I used to be able to do it but not now. The ideal number of course is one. I must admit that today I was also looking sideways at LLOY and could have a small turn by dealing it but I held off.
As another example of bad research (for bad, read none) I bought MCRO without knowing about the dividend, neither the ex divi date nor the amount. Yes of course, approx 50p per share will make all the difference. If they stay around the current price, I might even see a modest profit. Ex divi date 9th April.

21p gain just now, brings my average down to £8.22, now if only I can do the same every spike/shake cycle.

I dithered and only got 775.35 and now have 2.1% more shares than I sold earlier

You must have nerves of steel, I would have bought at 785, now at 778 I would be getting 1.7% more shares than I sold

I know there can be quiet periods during the day but this morning I couldn't even leave the room for 5 minutes in case something happened that required my attention.
Wind was rather strong here yesterday, 40 foot bough of a giant oak tree was blown down. It is 200 feet fom our house and in a neigbours field. Pity, it is too big a job for me to offer to cut and remove it (for our woodstove).

Agree with your calculation, that would be a nice result. I actually have 324 ASC at the moment but of course the percentages will be the same. I am hoping that there will be an opportunity to buy back later today but who knows.

Bought back in at 3421, but of course now I have fewer shares.
At least all this churning I do must be helping the coffers of IGG, in which I hold some shares! LOL

I can't believe it ASC getting away from me again. Starting to realise I would be better off doing nothing, Studying our other share... nearly sold at 786 but if I had, then pound to a penny it would have shot up.
OCDO? I'm holding on in there on the basis that value will out, eventually!

yes, just popped up a little and sold at 3375 (below my hoped for price of 3380+)
