Let’s see what happens as I’ve yet to see any cashflow forecasts the company says they are producing every year !

That is around 165 million market cap

For a company that has constantly raised money !

Has no turnover , loss making and yet to produce any cashflow guidance statements !

Revenue is money services to estadio , they can't pay as have n...24 Dec 2025 15:24Group revenue for the year ended 30 June 2025 was £1,412k (2024: £436k) with the large increase reflecting the supply of marketing, development and intelligence services as part of the development of the new business operations in Mexico as certain milestones on the pathway to commercial launch were delivered to BET. The increased level of investment into this business led to a significant increase in operating expenses. As a result, the loss before tax increased to £2,330k (2024: £947k loss). Debtors at year end included an amount of £1.452m being amounts owed to MOS by BET in respect of services provided; this amount will be converted into equity at part of the RTO announced on 31 March 2025.

Admission of Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to historic warrant exercises During the period of the Company's suspension from 31 March 2025 certain warrants were exercised and the corresponding Ordinary Shares issued. Given the Company's suspension it has not been possible to apply for Admission of these Ordinary Shares until now and therefore the Company will make application for Admission to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 1,049,313,889 Ordinary Shares resulting from the issue of the warrants to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in these Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 30 December 2025.Another 1bn shares available for trading before 8 Jan !!!!!

Mos include money given to Estadio gana as revenue .

Would be interesting seeing the revenue figures from estadio ?

Whilst MOS accounts for the direct profit/ loss from the Sports Betting business on an associate basis in the Income Statement, it also derives revenues itself from the provision of services directly to Estadio Gana (the formal name of the betting platform). Our pre-tax loss for the 6 months at £804k was higher than the loss of £289k in the 6 months to December 2023 and this reflects the scaling and focus of our support towards building a successful business in Mexico. I am very pleased to report that given the growing momentum to our sales we were able to reach our first month of operational profitability which was achieved in December 2024, as anticipated. This puts the group on a firm footing for the future and we expect to see further months of profitability across 2025.
