Also to note if for some reason AZ has hit more towards the 40 - 50m € like he was saying in his q&a which is surely possible with the demand so high .. then maybe again these figures could possibly be on the conservative side :)
Good luck all, not far away to finding out now
I read that as a productivity rate ... So basically 1 team member is targeting onboarding 25 client companies, hopfully AZ meant per securitisation :)
Now we know AZ's targets for team member, let's hope AZ is building a big team, I think even if AZ is out by 20% (I dont think he will be) I think he will exceed his targets but the figures are still fantastic
Remember these were AZ's answers ;)
From the q&a
Any updates regarding business in the USA?
We are working hard with Anthony Brown and his Company in order to arrange a first pilot (our first inventory monetisation transaction in the US market). In parallel, Anthony is supporting SYME to study and develop a version of the platform focussed on inventory in transit (a potential, compelling service for US importers and, more in general, for the whole trade finance global market).
Look what AZ has put in brackets
Working hard to arrange
(our first inventory monetisation transaction in the US market)
Also we all seen AZ mention they also have several contractors in different geographies, and AZ could possibly mean that they are also team members, as we know EPIC aren't employed but they were targeting companies for SYME, also Anthony Brown (USA)
So now we say the 375 future companies calculated by me could be on the very conservative side to what AZ is saying ;)
Good luck all, it's quite clear to me too what's been happening with the SP
I think it's fair to say a employee is a team member.
We now know AZ target is 25 companies per team member.
We now know there are 15 employees (team members.
We only have AZ's forecasts and future figures to go on atm.
So lets hope AZ hits his target with the 375 companies.
Done in £ at 1.5% net with a pe of 40 and average contract @ £12m you get an SP of 8p.
Let's hope AZ can hit his targets :)
Good luck all
Fair comments Parm
Other people have got targets etc too, also predictions on SP's too, I personally think the PE will be higher towards end of year and go even higher next year.
Just because somebody elses expectations are not in line with yours, it doesn't mean their ramping. I may be wrong but I may also be correct.
I've said I'll apologise if I'm wrong and I'll be true to my word.
Surely it's fair to say a employee is a team member, and we can only go on what AZ targets are atm.
So if AZ hits his targets this year with the 15 team members at 25 companies each even at €12m ish, with a pe of say 30, surely that's a massive upside from here
Or honestly, would you say this is ramping?
I've tried to explain this and back it up best as possible, why I think we'll see these figures, AZ delivers
Ok Peace
But AZ is definitely implying that he envisages a rate of 25 client companies per team member, or did I read that wrong? Then he mentioned the 15 employees (surely a employee is a team member)
So providing you class an employee as a team member, AZ is certainly targeting 375 companies (maybe in future) for future earning?
Fair comments Parm
So have you even got a figure on how companies you realistically hope to be IM, or do you trust AZ's 25 companies per team member?
We dont know the exact figures but we do know AZ (maybe in the future) targets at least 375 companies, we just need to find out how many the several contractors are so we can also times that figure by 15 too, AZ's words.
I suppose even if they are figures for next year, future earnings potential is phenomenal.
Parm
I'd love to see your figures or explanations of the SP year end, of course all of us are here and can only be here on future earnings.
No arguments Parm, where do you see the SP this year? Where do you see the P/E year end?
The main question is how any companies do you thing will be monetized in the 1st transaction?
No worries brother, I was struggling before, not so much with the adding up but the formula etc on how to get it when you have got net profit/PE ratios etc etc and you need to try and work out potential future SP's, or just in general the intrinsic value of a stock.

Yep, I knew what you was getting at buddy, if you ever need a hand with figures, just reach out mate if I can help I will, although I'm also know for the odd mistake.

Are the eligible Client Companies now in receipt of the identity of the Inventory Funder and the timetable to execute their individual inventory monetisation transactions advised in the 31st Dec RNS?
We confirm that all the Parties are keen to complete the transaction as soon as practicable and, accordingly, a common timetable has been shared. As stated before, SYME is now in the final stage of a typical securitisation transaction and the market will be informed by the end of the month.
So were going to be informed on the typical securitisation :)
Also to note
transit?
We are certainly open to this and believe that many companies will see opportunity in working with Supply@ME in this “new-normal” phase of the global trade finance market.
The new normal, are we 1 of the 1st in a untapped new normal market ....
Sure I heard it would take a long time for another company to get to the stage SYME is at
'READY TO FLY'
'THE NEW NORMAL'
