yep 30% interest in Askia and gold production. The production target by end 2014 has clearly slipped but we dont know why. Also what have the partners been upto at NWT and the coal asset?

not read the link but isnt that directors taking salary as shares to keep cash in the bank. Would suggest that they have either earmarked the cash for something or believe the shareprice has a good chance of appreciating or believe in the investments to date. Either way this share is off the radar, low frequency of trades and highly illiquid, the BOD are heavily invested (look at share register) and severe lack of updates to shareholders.

Have 30% of Lion Natural Resources:- "It is projecting output of 25kg of gold per month for its phase one expansion which is scheduled to be completed during Q3 2014. It is expected that production costs will be 28 per cent. of output and scalable without increase in cost up to 60kg per month." This is in relation to Askia Gold element of Lion Natural Resources, Askia dont appear to have updated their website since last summer. 25kg = 881 ounces, at $1100 ish = $970k per month or $11.6m annually. 30% to MMO = $3.5m. Only question is if this has gone ahead and in production. also have 30% of NWT who have: "The estimated coal resource (non-JORC compliant) for the larger concession is about 80Mt and for the smaller concession about 10Mt. However, these estimates are not based on systematic exploration. The local company is in the process of launching an exploration programme in order to establish a JORC-compliant reserve." Updates on these investments have been lacking since investment last May, surely overdue

ALBA have 6.5% in HHDL = 4.9% = EVO indirect holding = 0.34% Total EVO indirect and direct interest in Horse Hill = 1.84%. EVO market cap £1.4m they have: Investments Bodo Mine 10% acquired for approx £700k VENN 3% holding (£270k) VENN royalties on Labskin of 7% VENN royalties on 25% on the future sale of or out-licence agreements for SYN1113 NMG 3% holding approx £40k ALBA holding 55m shares approx £220k HHDL investment cost £425k Cash of approx £500k Total £2.2m ish. Current mar cap is approx £1.5m. Also lets consider the investments. VENN - Labskin sales commenced this year and per VENN RNS's Labskin is bieng well recieved in the USA and are very optimistic about this. Not sure about SYN113 as cant see much info on this. HHDL - EVO have a combined interest of around 1.8% in Horse Hill via HHDL and ALBA holding. The £425k investment in HHDL was prior to all the news that led to a rerate across most Horse Hill related stocks. Consider the increase in share price for UKOG pre and post Horse Hill discovery news and how that affects EVO holding. Is it worth more than £425k now? I think it is, may even cover the current market cap here today. With flow tests due to commence in Horse Hill very soon then is there a better leveraged play? BODO - In January 2015 shipments totalled $150k. In Feb EVO provided $1m to BODO in return for 10% interest. The $1m was to triple production from 60 tonnes per day and increase recoveries from 65% to 80%. So could todays monthly shipments be $150k x 3 x (80/65) = $553k per month? Thats $6.6m annually. Also look at the reserves as BODO reckon they have around 3m tonnes at 1% grade and perhaps increased recovery factor to 80%. This amounts to well in excess of $300m!

I suspect the 1m buy and sell is the same person - patience! Not selling down here, 0.4p area should come with time imo.

That was to confirm that EVO had satisfied the criteria for investing company after becoming an empty shell company after disposal of Labskin to VENN. They had a time limit to satisfy this or EVO would be delisted, the info you posted was EVO confirming they would not need to be delisted per AIM rules. It isnt saying thats it we have accomplished what we wanted, it is just a footstep in the path of EVO's future.

The last shipment of tungsten concentrate from Bodó was on the 5th January 2015 with estimated gross proceeds from this shipment of $150,000." "It is intended that the funds provided by Evocutis will be specifically used to provide the necessary working capital to expand and improve the existing operations. For the mine, funds will be utilised to refurbish an existing incline shaft and advance underground development so that daily ore production can be tripled. For the mill, funds will be utilised to modify the plant, which is expected to improve tungsten recoveries from approximately 65% to an anticipated recoveries of over 80%, by adding grinding equipment to fully liberate the tungsten mineral."

have been tight lipped over Bodo, I have enquired but they wont say anything. Are they sorting an rto in the background or putting the groundwork in for it? Last placing was at 0.4p which should be our 1st target to hit. Also when the Bodo deal was agreed EVO was over 1p, background seller and no sentiment has seen it drift to historic lows.

will be interesting to see what happens with Thanistratex - how much costs are STI liable for or is the JV partner paying for exploration? Goldstone - the BOD seem optimistic about near surface potential so could be interesting over the next few months. Muratdere - Seems a decision will be soon on how to take this forward, either STI bieng bought out or commit more funds to progress it. Not really interested in the long term exploration targets tbh. Pie in the sky stuff an rarely delivers.

STI have 45% interest in Altintepe. so with costs at $500 per ounce and gold over $1000 per ounce how much profit per year will they get? The JV partner Bahar have provided funds of $39m to construct the plant. STI interest will be pegged at 20% untill half of the funds have been recouped by Bahar. So, there are a few out turns here:- Outcome 1 30k oz per year $30m revenue / $15m profit STI 20% = $6m revenue / $3m profit Outcome 2 40k oz per year $40m rev / $20m profit STi 20% = $8m rev / $4m profit Once Bahar paid back Outcome 3 30k oz per year $30m revenue / $15m profit STI 45% = $13.5 revenue / $6.75m profit Outcome 4 40k oz per year $40m rev / $20m profit STi 45% = $18m rev / $9m profit current market cap around £6.5m and they also have £2.5m cash (recently confirmed) plus other assets including £1.25m investment in Goldstone and $1m investment in Thanistratex 50/50 JV. yep, RHM own 41% of PUC pre rights issue, should RHM take up the rights and no one else, they will own 68% of PUC. The whole RMB127m will need to be raised to dilute RHM holding in PUC. The biggie is at what levels will RHM raise cash. They have around £4m and PUC holding at 0.1 valued at around £17m pre rights issue. If RHM raise at 7.5p+, it could transpire that RHM NAV actually goes up from current £20/22m. Dont forget RHM at 7.5p only valued at £3.75m with about that in cash already.

also note "On 22 June 2015, MESB entered into the REPPA with TNB for the supply and delivery of the renewable energy from solar PV for a FiT concession period of 21 years. The solar PV plant of MESB is scheduled to come into operation by the fourth quarter of 2015. Pursuant to the REPPA, TNB has agreed to purchase the electricity generated by MESB for a period of 21 year" so I guess construction phase almost complete - they must like the business model of solar PV's and things are going well on the 1MW facility. I wonder how much revenue this will pull in?
