Good to see there's someone else in these! I've picked up around 500k of these the last few days. Some excellent grades from the historical data and permits and drilling to come very soon.
I'm sure the orig PDF mentioned RTO at 47p?
dont forget, the PDF has been changed, it did mention XPL explicitly but has been changed to Pubco. I am hoping that this is because XPL havent signed off teh agreement yet and informed the market
market cap was £5.6m issued £27m at 0.575p Revised value = £32.6m Company say should re-list at £30.9m, therefore expected a drop IMO However 1) Placing at 0.575p - shareprices always seem to dip to the placing price, especially one so large! 2) People locked in this share waiting for relisting and from much lower levels such at 0.3p End result? down, down, down IMO. But looks a good entry at the minute - anything below placing price!
Take a few of these tomorrow - look interesting!
Stable here. Bit of consolidation before a more realistic sp IMO.
25k buy there :-)
just the begining, 2014 should be a transformational year.
of those large holders will sell.
from company website:- At 3 January 2014 REACT Energy plc is aware of the following significant shareholders. Shareholder Number of Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each % of Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each Farmer Business Developments plc 5,993,935 26.79% Edward Barrett 1,723,891 7.71% Ronan Barrett 1,352,424 6.05% John Barrett 1,061,858 4.75% Johnny Barrett 663,789 3.06% the total of the large holders amounts to 48.36%
welcome! at 40p this share would only have recovered from the share consolidation. It was 0.8p and undertook at 50-1 consolidation. 40/8 = 0.8p. Something to consider:- REAC - should be generating as follows:- As at end Dec = Newry 2MW biomas plant £2m Rev, £1m EBIDTA Newry biomas plant are in process of scaling upto 4MW = £4m rev, £2m EBIDTA Newry are also submitting / submitted plans to increase to 8MW and should be commissoned and operational by year end. Potentially £8m rev, £4m EBIDTA Enfield 12MW biomas plant, financial close very shortly and operational by year end. £12m rev, £7m EBIDTA. Capped at £7m, have Foresight group (google them they are big) as a joint venture partner. Key part of this is that REAC keep approx 90% econimical interest. An EBIDTA of 10 time would be fair no? Even on Newry at 2MW = £1m EBIDTA = £10m market cap. With a possibility of Newry at 8MW and ENfield at 12MW by year end = £11m EBIDTA. All IMO etc etc
people are waking up to this share finally!!!

you to matey and GL! Posting on my own here for a while lol. There are a few investors who post over on a d v f n.com aswell. Hoping for a very good return here ans newsflow should bgin soon.
shares in issue: 22,370,042. market cap approx £6m
I think its 12 months as a rule??
Look at the Foresight Group. They are essentially the financial backer for Enfield 8MW biomas plant. They are a huge company and invested in biomas plant in Birmingham recently. I have a decent holding of these (and at a slightly higher average than todays price as been in since Kedco aswell!) but I am confident in the projects offered to investors. I'm impressed they have been able to get Foresight as a partner for Enfield. Short term news should be 1) Newry - commissioned 2MW plant generating £1m EBIDTA. - Second phase upgrade to 4MW was due to be completed end 2013 so expect an update very soon. This will take it to £2m EBIDTA. - third phase is planning to increase to 8MW. We should be hearing more regarding this very soon aswell. This would upgrade Newry to £3m EBIDTA. Enfield - Financial close. - Commencement of construction. This will take approx 6 months - once commissioned 12MW = £7m EBIDTA. - confirmation of suppliers Other Projects - Pluckanes 500kw wind turbine project is fully operational. - Altidow 500kw wind turbine project has permits and awaits construction finance confirmation - Moneygorm 500kw wind turbine project, awaiting grid connection offer (Jan 14) and wind measurement (due March 14) - PLymouth 12MW biomas plant - project expecting construction ready status by 2014 year end. Therefore news throughout the year In total REAC has over 150MW pipeline. DYOR Biomas plants have a big role to play in providing energy to cities.
I think it's called chronic under valuation. By the end of this year (or during) they could be generating £8m EBiDTA. Yes £8mn! Look at Newry and Enfield. Then there are the smaller wind turbine projects bieng brought online such as the pluckanes 500kw. Look at the presentation PDF on the website under media. If these all come off in 2014 fair value is in the region of 15-20 x EBIDTA. Remember the biomass and wind turbine farms aren't reliable on a finite amount of resource such as oil companies. This reminds me of CNEL prior to the news. I was in there at 0.5p before contract news, this has the same potential. GL
In March 2013 new investing strategy. They acquired GEF which has options over 17 PEDLS. They also invested in UK Methane. UK Methane is a sister company of Coastal Oil & Gas. The CEO of Coastal Oil & Gas owns 29% of GBR. Edit:- GEF: hTTp://www.acuitylegal.co.uk/news/news-story.aspx?id=46&Acuity%20Legal%20acted%20in%20the%20sale%20of%20Gas%20Exploration%20Finance%20Limited (thanks SW) Shale energy was set up in March 2013 (unconnected to above). Shale energy had agreed to purchase Eden energy UK gas assets for $19m aus. These assets consist of 17 PEDLs shared with Coastal Oil & Gas (see above!). The deal between Shale Energy and Eden Energy hit the buffers in Aug 13. Then there is this:- hTTp://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/south-wales-shale-gas-10m-5760679 (thanks godolphin) "Coastal Oil and Gas director Gerwyn Williams said negotiations for his firm to buy Eden Energy’s share of the exploration licences were at an “advanced stage”. In Sept the GBR CEO stated:- "Bruce Vandenberg, commented: "The Board is working hard to minimise costs while it continues to explore investment opportunities in line with its strategy. We believe we are making progress and hope to make further announcements within the next few months." So are Coastal, going to take over Eden Energy UK gas assets. If so, UK Methane & GBR will be involved. See the connections? News is surely due?? edit:- note regarding Eden Energy Uk gas asset potential hTTp://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/wales-sitting-gas-reserves-worth-1826834 an older article - 2011! (£70bn!!!!)
