So after 5 years compound = £640k cash to be returned. They have £500k cash ontop of this Plus the asset. Will take an update to spur some interest here but worth holding a few IMO

One of the directors pumped $4m of their own money into this, most recently $1m in dec 14 at $0.008. If he thinks it's worth putting money in above these levels!

the real spread is 0.02 to sell and 0.0255 - try buying and selling! the sell buy is just a computer allocation dependant on the stated mid. The stated spread of 0.02 - 0.04 is not correct giving the the mid of 0.03 which is incorrect, therefore trades below 0.03 stated as sell. Catch me drift

The shareprice has been crucified from 0.5p to 0.03p in just a few months to Darwin conversion loan notes and lack of news. The loan noted were only for £250k during which time the market cap has fall by 90% or so. The director has backed this copany with $4m of his own money so he wont want it to got down the drain. A failed offtake agreement in indonesia has lead the company to re-evalate the company strategy, which they have now implemented by entering the UK market. ALR now have improved LED and solar panel technology and a sales team. Whats more the UK councils have committed to changing the majority of the streetlights to LEDs to save 20-40% on energy bills each year. Google the big councils and street lighting such as Kent, Derby, Leicester etc. Its happening, can ALR get their foot in the door? Valued at £500-700k, and the above, priced to fail

you dont add the cash recieved to the market cap. The current market cap at 11p is £5m. They have sold some PUFC shares to the tune of £1.3m in March so far, they also sold approc £600k prior to this recently. That gives them cash of around £2m. The market cap is not affected, the market cap is simply number of shares in issue x share price = market cap. Therefore the remaining £16m holding in PUFC is valued at just £3m. Ie Maket cap = £5m Cash = £2m Enterprise Value (ie PUFC holding) = £3m. The actual PUFC holding is worth £16m per the RNS. Hope that helps!

this should be a lot higher. They had £600k before march, sold £1.3m in PUFC in March, thats almost £2m cash. So current market cap around £5m including the rise values the £16m holding in PUFC at just £3m. Crazy

NAV is 54p. They have sold £1.3m PUFC shares the last two weeks. They still have £16.5m holding. This shows they can liquidate their holding which is a good thing. Even if they sold all and slashed the PUFC shareprice by 50%, then the NAV would be around £10m, thats more than double the market cap here.

This is a little gem and the story has yet to truly unfold IMO. Looking at 3p initial target or around £15m market cap. Look at FLX and their market cap and revenues and compare to GOS....makes interesting reading!!!

TGL bought GOS (which also owns smart desk) out of admin for £500k.GOS where going to list in 2011 valued at £30m which included raising £8m and paying £5m for deltenna http://waterbridgecapital.com/gos-systems-intention-to-float-on-aim-gets-international-coverage/ What happened then was in the backdrop of a poor market the ipo failed. In doing so GOS built up a debt in excess of £2m and ultimately this put them under. TGL picked them up debt free for £500k. The last posted results shwn GOS turnover of £3.5m and cash flow positive. The recent contract wins shows that GOS is still a business with clients and contracts being won. Look at the GOS presentation on the TGL website. £billion markets and various offerings and clients - the last few RNSs show that the pipeline of contracts is building and more will be won. This is a very good opportunity IMO - get reading!
