PVX233 Doesnt see to much between POG and CEY based on not taking into account the third party concentrate Gold production[2] of 125,090 ounces from the Sukari Gold Mine ("Sukari") for Q1, in line with annual guidance

· Solid financial performance with gross revenue for Q1 of US$222.2 million, generated from 139,784 ounces in gold sales at an average realised price of US$1,587 per ounce. If we didnt have the third party concentrate It would have been similar. Bearing in mind previous guidance was 450 to 500.

I know we are now in a different position with the pox hub up and running, but not sure how much we would be doing ourselves without that.

So Mikese1, they didnt get the result they wanted. ??? So what difference will putting the meeting back have as all the votes cast remain intact.

Adjournment of General Meeting Due to Logistical Challenges Associated with COVID-19



Further to an announcement made on 27 March 2020, Petropavlovsk PLC ("Petropavlovsk" or "the Company") wishes to inform its shareholders that a General Meeting convened for 8.30am BST today, in connection with the proposed option to acquire a 25 per cent. interest in TEMI LLC and granting authority in respect of the allotment of shares (the "General Meeting"), has been adjourned until 10.30am BST on 29 April 2020, at Apartment 1, Hill House, Portsmouth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9LN.



The decision to adjoun the meeting has been taken due to logistical challenges associated with COVID-19 and ensuring all shareholders have the opportunity to vote as they would wish despite these logistical challenges.



Proxy forms previously submitted to the Company's Registrars, Link Asset Services, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU will remain valid for the reconvened General Meeting, unless revoked.

MikeSE1. That is total speculation from you. I suggest it would be more likely people were trying to turn up, which would cause problems, but, again from me, thats me speculating.

I can not believe anybody, would insinuate that if POG didnt get their own way they would change the goalposts.

PVX123, Some miscalculations on my behalf over figures, so I will agree with you on revenue. On the TEMI situation, why would us not buying the other 25% of TEMI stop us from coming into production. Surely as we own 75% now that should stop us. Jurys still out on this one, as would like to know who we are dealing with as ultimately they could have a reasonable stake in POG.

JRC1000, I personally dont think its a big deal, They are trying to spin a number of plates, including trying to get rid of IRC, trying to buy the remaining 25% of TEMI, and which way to fund that, the attempting to hold a meeting and get consent for that and these wil be affected by the corona virus. A number of things going on.

Aimtitan, recently, I have not often agreed with you. On this case, I do. We have seen things in the past which were going to be enormous only to run into the problem of raising money. Most notably recently, Sirius, bought on the cheap by AA.

I am not comfortable with the debt we have ( but only because of things that have happened in the past especially with convertables ) but not pox hub is up and running we are producing gold and profit, there is no doubt where I would prefer to be invested. Saying that SOLG, share price has done extremely well recently. Will be interesting to see how they raise the money, bonds, new shares, a combination of both, strategic partners, I notice BHP, has a stake and how that will affect the share price.

I dont agree with Retired Banker that this is fair value. Still think it has a lot more legs, caveat, alL things being equal which doesnt always happen in POG.

Freddie there is nothing on the website, possibly because of the postponed meeting relating to TEMI. Maybe they were going to be done the same day. Historically POG has normally only been a day or so after IRC, so should be due. Maybe worthwhile e mailing or calling investor relations they are normally quite good at responding.

PVX233, I am even more confused now, because the figures for Q4 were 160.6 so where do you get your revenue figures from ???

You are speculating on pogs revenue for q1, I hope you are right but fear you will be dissapointed. Another couple of questions for you, how much do you think we are paying for concentrate. Does this concentrate icrease as the gold price increases , how does the profit on concentrate bought in compare to the stuff we mine ourselves, because these are all relevent in the profits we make overall.

There have been some big predictions, on revenues, the amount of cash we have in hand etc etc. I wonder how much of that will be revealed, or will we get the normal cloak and dagger results. I would love to see more specifics like the reporting of CEYs results. But putting that aside, there are positives for both companies. CEY large cash reserve doing well, doesnt seem to be many negatives, although I have not looked at their reserves. POG, 2 Bond debts, INCLUDING THE CONVERTABLES the guarantee for IRC, the money that is required for the purchase of TEMI. The positives are ainly the pox hub, and the potential cash generation, plus also the price of gold.

PVX233 · CEY Strong balance sheet with no debt, no hedging and cash and liquid assets[3] of US$348.9 million, as at 31 December 2019 an increase of almost US$60 million since 30 September 2019; i WOULD LOVE US TO BE IN THAT POSITION, but WE DO HAVE THE POX HUB.

Pog's H1 revenue will probably match CEYS annual revenue for last year... Dont unerstand this because looking at there results revenues seemed similar. ???

No disrespect, but what had that got to do with POG. Lets get one thing straight, This hasnt been a war, there are no towns to rebuild, I believe once this has been beaten the UK Will see a recovery fairly quickly, as the whole population just wants to get out and " PARTY".

Lawrence13, you dont need to tel me about cancer, my dad died of it, in a nursing home, my wife alas, also died of it at 52. You are right, the last 6 months of her life, she just withered away and at the end was in horrendous pain, and on morphine. But, I still didnt want he to die.

You are right, we dont treat dogs like that, but, I would have hated to be the one to say enough is enough.

I dont want to talk any more about deaths as whatever way they die, its sad. Enjoy your wekends, stay safe.

My last post on the subject, America more than 50000 dead which is nearly as many who lost their lives in the Vietnam War.

Seriously, Lawrence13, seeing some of the people in hospital struggling to breathe brought it home to me. There are too many who have underestimated this and to there cost have died. God knows what would have happened if we hadnt had lockdown.

What we need to remember is the UK is a very small island and heavily populated. So it spreads quicker.

I see many buses and the metro system moving about virtually empty if they had been full, the virus could have spread even more. More than 18000 deaths, and thats just in the hospitals. So over reaction, in my opinion, definitely not, and if we are complacent, it could come back with a vengeance.

Maybe if people had actually suffered from this, or seen people who have had major symptoms they would think differently.

Maybe a few of us on this forum should invent a new currency, we can cal in "****coin" I am sure somebody would buy it.
