Its all relative. As for bonuses. I have already stated and will repeat, I have no problem with bonuses which are EARNED, and have targets including profit, production debt reduction etc.
What I do not like to see is people rewarded for failure. i.e just having to beat a specific index which means you could actually be rewarded if you do better than others even if they have done badly. ( The first comment on pavel, was tongue in cheek, ) I will continue with my stance on the jury is out until I see proof that the new CEO is actually moving the company forward. Personally I think there could have been clearer communication from the company.
My thoughts on the previous board and results have been well documented, so won't repeat, but, until someone PROVES, pavel and the previous bod did wrongdoings I will not comment.
