rise, no, not a problem, and I have a real life story to tell you about that. Years ago I was a Financial advisor for Barclays, I met a client who had come into some money, he advised he was married, and I said for "tax efficiency" you should think about putting some in your wife name, as long as you trust her. He said me have been married years and there are no problems.
A few years later he came into the bank, asking to see me, He said my wife has run off what can I do to get back MY MONEY.
I said unfortunately as you put some in her name that part is hers, I asked is there anything that you have of hers that she wants, There was so they agreed, he would give back what she wanted, she would give him back his money.
Don't know what would have happened if that hadn't been the case. So I agree with you 100%. AQs far as sense of humour goes, in this environment we need one.
