Well well well, so you came back to rub peoples noses in it. I sold many moons ago but never wish ill on any previous holders. I occasionally look in to see if there is anything that has changed. Sadly not
You were a vile horrible poster back in the day and the absolute pile of lies you were telling from your little two up two down was laughable. We all knew exactly who you were and yet again here you are doing amazingly well elsewhere. What a sad individual you are. I will however agree with you regarding one point regarding Mr Pajak. Absolute joke of a CEO who has failed year after year to deliver any shareholder value. Another vile arrogant individual. You two would get on very well.

Another top up for me. I`m a big PQE holder but took a few more on the drop today. Amazed there are sellers with what we know is probably coming. Each to there own I suppose but expecting fireworks very soon. Next week will be fun watching every start trying to get back in.

Patiently been sat waiting for something to happen to the benefit of shareholders but I`m throwing the towel in. If ever there is an RNS which tells me that as PI`s are bottom of the pile this is it. Piles of trash has gone up on nothing and the company makes no such announcement and then then the company places into any strength.
This has been released to put the breaks on.
Where were our RNS`s when the price was in freefall saying, "We don't know why its going down"
Really P`eed off by this.

The reason is this BB has been very underused and has a select group of posters as CRV do not court any attention or PR.
I'm very much aware that the LSE site is not how shall I put it completely independent, so when a new poster comes along it all feels a little convinient and suspicious.
I am no longer a holder and my only reason for posting is lock down boredom and a sense of aliegence to a number of people I know personally and have met face to face. I would like them to get a return from the nightmare that is CRV. I had made enough comments about the illustrious CEO here to make my point.
I have flown to Dublin, made several trips to London to be treated like something you would step in. I have no intention to rebuy and simply want the LTHs to achieve some value.
Hence when you have suddenly popped up my suspicions are aroused.

Mnab. To keep it brief CRV has always shat on its PI's.
Treated them appallingly. You appear from nowhere. Where have you suddenly appeared from? Sorry for being blunt.

Pajak moans about AIM but it was under his stewardship that the premium listing was not deemed of sufficient quality to be worthy of acceptance.
Years of treating CRV like an old boys club, lack of positivity in any RNs, incomprehensible waffling stifled any resemblance of liquidity!!!!
THAT WAS THERE DOING.
Long winded RNS's made CRV investable to many "normal" Investors. I asked quite a few seasoned campaigners who said they don't believe a word the BOD were saying and illiquidity deterred investment. Time after time premiums paid in placings but no normal investors fancied it!!!
Do not be hoodwinked that the villain is AIM.
The villain is a pig ignorant CEO that has been given carte blanche to do as he pleases. Took years to even acknowledge my.good friend Tullycrow. I had to traipse to Dublin to get answers on behalf of shareholders and that was all hot air and pontification!

So we have mnab with one post who appears from nowhere. We know these BBs are monitored and actually have people from a variety of companies sticking there noses into them for a whole host of reasons.
What I would say is I was lucky to escape quite a while ago.
As I have previously stated I have met Mr Pajak and found him unhelpful, arrogant and quite frankly one of the most odeous CEOs I have met. If any PI thinks this company will have the interests of you the shareholder in its priority I'm afraid you are very much mistaken. A plethora of failed forays into a variety of failed investments and still the wishy washy over complicated RNSs.
Even Alex Eavis described him as a weasel. Burrows came and went. Winters came and went.
I hope everyone gets some money back but it really doesn't look great and I hope he proves me wrong .
I'm only popping in as I know some good friends are still trapped here.

Hi CJ. My understanding is that if anyone holder exceeds 30 percent they are obliged to make an offer for the company as a whole.
On speaking to a friend of mine another key figure is 25 as it means the swedes can then block any special resolutions. There Mo is to get involved and change companies for the inside.
Not currently holding but watching and always hoping the slippery arrogant weasel returns some value to LTH`s. You/We suffered for many years.

I have this pointed out to me on numerous occasions but people should be aware of the following which is HUGE in my opinion and missed by the market.
If 7m Euros are raised and CLP retains control then that would make the x2 New Companies valued at ABOVE 14m!
So my initial calculation were incorrect.
This would be dependent on the maximum amounts being raised
Definitely food for thought and I stand to be corrected.
