Presto. This is generally a good BB with lots of discussion and detailed research. Those that knock the stock I'm happy to read and listen as an exchange of views are the purpose of these boards. You have resorted to personal insults. I understand you may have the hump as most people seem to have worked you out. Every board you post on descends into anarchy. Please take a minute to reflect and perhaps just stick to informed research and observations. People have correctly called you out. Let's get the BB back to research and reasoned debate.

Spot on counting.
Thing is when you have done it once or twice everyone works out what people's agendas are. The Presto crew rinsed people over at Vela, Blu to name a few so when I see all the chat I know they are doing the complete opposite of what they are saying here.

FWIW and I'm aware these boards are monitored occasionally by the BOD. Put simply you can have my shares for $12.50 This on the basis every deal has been done at $12.50 so why should you get mine for less. You have so few PI's left here and after the terrible communication and PR your not getting mine on the cheap. The firepower will be there to get them but you will need to spend some of that $5m to get mine. The other substantial holders I know feel the same. I have waited 6 years and been treated like dog dirt. I will wait another 6 if I need to. I'm not going anywhere for a piddly 10/20% Ps. For any MM's, who wil probably try every trick in the book to get these on the cheap. If you drop the price I may even irritate the BOD and buy a few more. Regards Rusty

Morning Tully. Anyone else notice the second 3000 trade. Must be a buy as any tiddly sell normally see's the price on its backside. From a position of complete weakness we look much stronger going forward. FWIW if the remaining few PI's hold the line and refuse to sell it will make them go elsewhere to get there shares. Where will they get the volume??? Still plenty of questions but a lot happier than I was last week. In a few months we could all end this marathon a few quid up. Rusty

Put simply,
I doubt a few comments from a few peeved pi's will push the BOD down any particular route. They will do what suits THEM best. They don't listen to PI's and push regulatory requirements to the absolute minimum. In total fairness it has improved since Winters came on the BOD. Replies are still however patronising, evasive and frustrating at best
Secondly I do have a list of correspondence and I am aware others may have but let's be honest the FCA do nothing. Some of the bits I have documented regarding previous employees was amended in a cleverly worded "house keeping" RNS.
If anything was presented they would get a warning. Which I believe happened with the grossly outdated tear sheet and one of Mr Burrow's relatives holdings mysteriously going missing and being replaced by a Lebanese holding company.
Our Chairman has 1000 shares. Let that sink in everyone. If all raises are 12.50 he could buy on the open market at a 66% discount but won't.
This stinks, so we sit and wait.

Might be a silly question but do you think many are actually shorting this especially after the last two RNS's.
Just struggle to get my head round shorting and have never even attempted it.
I personally think a lot of the Pi's who are reasonably well researched see this as an absolute steal and those were my reasons to add below .70

I am looking to go as well. I really want to meet the BOD and try to work out exactly what and why this share price is being held where it is. My suspicion it all goes back to the PB fundraise.
Every single bit of me is happy with progress and the BOD but not the SP.

Hardly a Biggie. Helps keep and maintain liquidity. Someone happy to take them off his hands. Bank of America moved 7% in three days several months back after a short hold. Cracking news. Being nicely primed in my opinion. Happy to hold and add when funds allow

Not selling at this price and will stick it out, I simply won't give them the satisfaction.
Fwiw I'm not spraying anger around I'm expressing my disproval at the BOD, such is my right as a shareholder of a public company. Not a private old boys club that this proports to be.
Having top sliced nicely when we were multiples north of here means I have a nice stack of free shares, im assuming you still underwater from when Eavi's and Co pointed you in the direction of CRV???
How has that worked out over the last 7 years. How much profit have you taken?
Time will tell whether this is an error for all of us or maybe just me.
What I get frustrated with is people like you who are happy to believe the nonsense this/and other BOD choose to tell you or the puppets that post on there behalf (have worked out who a couple are, as I met one in Dublin). The shenanigans on Aim and downright skulduggery is bordering on criminal.
I have personally been to several AGM's one in Dublin with CRV FWIW to do my research on CRV.
Please share some of your positive research with the board so we can understand your positivity. Do you even notice MP is now taking cash and not shares, did you actually read the RNS. I have emailed Winters and bUrrows numerous times have you? Or do you just expect to be spoonfed by some of the other more knowledgable posters on here?
I suspect the answer to most of those is probably likely to be NO!
I am not an angry person, but I will take people to task that seem intent to kiss the BOD's back sides and be happy to trouser there salaries. They are our bod's and need to be held to task. Our CHAIRMAN holds 1000, for gods sake I've multiples of that and he has been a FTSE 100 Chairman!!!!
Rather than sitting in La La Land perhaps you will see what is the likely out come here and it ain't good.

Grawostac, Just exactly what planet are you on? How on earth can you possibly be pleased with the complete non entity that is cRV. You continually post on here with no actual substance or research just a continual glass half full attitude. Please explain to me how on earth you can be happy???? All the nonense from posters saying ten year play blah blah blah. Utter nonsense. No liquidity. No deals. No value. No update on deals that have clearly gone Bossom up. Apparently the court case isn't material either. Only updated after several went to the FSA to consider reporting this then next day the usual bland RNS, the bare minimum. I totally agree with Tully spot on post. Shareholders left in the complete dark. No raises or deals in sight. Even Pajak now taking renumeration in cash. Some of the haters on twitter "the longer game" is a classic trader I want to see burnt. Continually putting the bod down because they were burnt under the previous management, tweeting about a company they aren't even invested in ****ging the BOD off. They've hopped aboard hoping to make a quick few quid on a spike and have been ramping to high heaven.
RNS or not. Happy to hold. Thanks to those who have done phenomenal research to keep many of us updated. Pleasant change to meet people you can honestly say play with a straight bat.

Problem is CJOHNSPAIN it creates a disorderly market. The time has come for shareholders to do something about it. I will wait for Mr Winters response to an email before forwarding all the information I have to the stock exchange for their assessment. The settlement could be absolutely anything numerically. What's to stop the BOD fraudulently squirrelling away funds. It's all so top secret when an amount suddenly appears on the books how do they account for that and was it actually the amount settled. Now I know this is highly unlikely but what control do we have? Remember this is our company not just the old guard on the BOD. They have been doing this for some time now. I for one have had enough. I suggest everyone else contemplates what our next move is. I'm happy to be proved wrong and persuaded otherwise but this is getting beyond ridiculous. I also see our recently advertised 8m of land in Brazil is now 2m. It's actually as though they want things to get worse. NOW WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT? Have a think people because the outcome will not be good for shareholders that you can be assured of.
