Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
SL100 / you are one desperado. Your are not one of the BoD are you? Get real. Voting YES just means this gravy train continues!! The only chance PIs will ever see any reward is if there are changes made. That’s a fact. For the record I’ve voted NO to all resolutions! Well done Fred & Valju for your efforts. Let’s hope it’s in our favour next week
This company along with the directors should be suspended pending investigation. How they can get away with their lies is beyond me. The FCA are too gutless to take action!
Blue, excellent HEMO news this morning. Well run bio. Not like VAL
Great post. Sum’s up the situation perfectly. Why would they be making a £500k bad debt provision? Any idea what this would relate to?
The BoD will not save you. What don’t you get? Awful results today.
LoveSingh1 - clearly you haven't been here for that long!
Why cancel the first agreement? Sorry to say this has delisting written all over it.
Hi Fred, I really do feel for you after everything you have done to defend the BoD over the years. I can just imagine the conversations you are having right now the LTHs in the group. As you say, it's a terrible state of affairs and you can only put the blame firmly on the BoD. The recent funding deal and post trading pattern confirmed it to me. We secondhand holders mean nothing to them, and that’s a fact. I have been trying to tell you, not because I am a deramper or shorter. As you know, I invested here because of my Mum as I felt at that time the company had something, but like most here I really cannot ever see a return on my investment. I sold most of my holding at a loss (made some back on other stocks) but held some still invested here in the hope something did materialise. Now I'm confident I will never see a return. Very sad. It's been a hard lesson but one I will most certainly learn from. What I would strongly suggest though. You hold 7m+, so get together with Valju and other large holders, attend the next said AGM and vote to effect change once and for all. Good luck to you and everyone still left in.
Agreed Valju. Why isn’t the FCA doing something? They have been given all the evidence 8 months ago yet they have done absolutely nothing. Unbelievable.
We all knew this was coming. It was blatantly obvious if you read the funding RNS!
Why you asking me? Ask the BoD
Are you serious? Have you not seen the 6x1m / 4x500k block sells just today? There has been a block seller every day for the past week.
Come on George, what is going on?
Its absolutely disgusting what is going on here. Just look at the block sells going through. You need to ask why? Come on George, spill the beans. What is actually going on behind the scenes?
Who knows it’s been all smoke & mirrors. The past RNS’ have been ramptastic to entice investors. They know exactly what they are doing and it should be stopped. The FCA should do something once and for all. The BoD have no respect for PI’s, fact. We’re just idiots to them, we cost them money! They have not acted in the best interests of shareholders with their past funding decisions. The only true winners from this point is the BoD and now ABO/EHGO.
mathsprof - typically an AGM is announced shortly after final results. Deadline to file results 30/06.
Hmm, I could guess with my calculator but again it's all speculation. Just like the famous words "It bloody works!" :)
Great post ValJu. You are spot on!
Agreed Uncanny. All those 0.4 trades are buys. Not many sells today yet sp -9%?

"Death Spiral Loan - In return, the Fund was given the opportunity to acquire cheap shares at the expense of other shareholders of the company."
Hmmm, sounds familiar no?
Straight from the horse's mouth, earlier today : “not on necessarily on an issuance where the acquiring party is announced at the time. It is required on a trade for sure. However, if an off shore entity is involved it is frequently not done as it is the responsibility of the investor not the company if you actually looked up the rules.”
