If I look at the 1 year chart and draw in a corridor between highs and lows, the SP is clearly in a downward trend. I would wait for it to reverse before buying, IMO. JP

Under 0.50p to buy now. I'll not be in for more until we get some positive news on the drilling though. Very frustrating indeed.

I hope ZZZ has a branding strategy that clearly segments by usage level (good, better, best type of thing). The Snoozebox name and brand will quickly lose value at the high end (Silverstone etc) if the social housing projects are similarly branded. In the middle - the corporate Bilfinger type of accommodation. If the brand is stretched and diluted it will be a real struggle to maintain prestige and brand value. On the upside, ZZZ seems to be able to land business deals. It would be good to see the financials behind each ....

Thanks A-Mc. Note to self; check company websites regularly. They slipped this presentation in quietly. Simply, we need the license. The management seem confident that that will come before the middle of 2015. How will the share price react to that news is the big question? Will we spike or will we establish a new level for the 12 months from license to production? And then move on again after generating income?

Is there really a danger of not even getting the 6p offer? Does anyone know of a precedent? Thanks.

Greetings spottedlurcher! No longer in Petra - I bought at 159p and sold at 189p a while back. That's about where it is now, but now they've announced a dividend may be it's a buy again soon for me though to be honest I'm wary now - I have just been shafted at BAO and lost a lot of money, and lost a lot on Angel Mining 2 years ago which 'm still particularly sore about. I know that PDL isn't AIM, but overall I'm feeling more comfortable with the Investment Trusts like CTY, SOI, AAS etc. Still running around the countryside - with our new dog - a Beagle - a perfect running companion though she does get distracted by all the smells but she catches up with me again eventually (she runs off the lead). Happy Days. Share tips? I wish I knew myself.

According to the broker they have received the offer of 6p and they told me that no date was given for the closing of the offer, so I better be quick and sign a piece of paper (broker's paper) authorizing them to sell my shares (because I have not given them power of attorney). My shares are held in a nominee account so I don't actually own them officially, the company does (Skandia in this case). So I have to get Skandia to accept the offer of the 6p and pass the proceeds to my cash account. Nothing is simple is it?

When I said I'm out, I meant that I have instructed my broker to accept the 6p offer, for clarification.

Surely surely they can't not honour the 6p? Is that would you are suggesting might happen?
