What is becoming very clear, very quickly is either:

MOS must have exceptional dealmakers on the board.
The MOS secret sauce must be amazing.

Or, more likely. BOTH!

Great deal for MOS and getting Tim on board ship.

Quanta happy to swap revenue for a large stake in MOS and agree to the lock in / orderly market terms is a massive statement of support also.

That was a great post regarding the cash position. Everything you have said has been played out over the last 12 months by MOS.

Raise the cash required to begin the massive turnaround required. Spend that cash on building the business and the partnerships from the ground up.

End the year with plenty in the bank at a point where revenues are beginning to grow apace. Issue an RNS stating that wages can now be paid in cash rather than shares, further illustrating the confidence in current and future cash levels. Then announce a new $720k contract and a further 273 million potential customers to market to.

Alistair had just finished running presentations with Institutional Investors. I agree the interview with Vox didn't come across great and that we undoubtedly lost many of the covid chasing investors as a result.

Do you really think he gave the same kind of performance in front of the Insti's?

I offererd my opininon that the Vox interview did just what it was designed to do. Flush out the covid chasers and allow the Insti's interested a bargain buy in price and possibly an exit strategy for the shorters too.

Let's see how the next couple of weeks pan out. A TR1 or 2 or shorters closing would not be a shock.

Agree the company should move on from covid LFT.

It brought some good things with it.

Almost all invested here had opportunities to take profits due to the LFT fomo and huge SP movements.
It has given the company invaluable experience in bringing diagnostic testing to market beneficial to future diagnostic endevours.
Best of all it kept us all occupied whilst we waited for AVA6000 to start trials.

Theraputics success is moving into sight now - we really don't need (as a company or as shareholders) any more distraction and downside risk from the Covid LFT.

This might be contraversial but I really think that the Insti presentations and this interview today has been all about kicking out the short term traders and LFT investors.

He has set up a perfect opportunity for any of the Insti's interested (since no near term raise is expected) to mop up cheap shares from the covid chancers.

Maybe even allowing the shorters to exit as the short termers throw in the towel.

Really surprised more chat hasn't been around this huge partner.

They are not going to give access to their hard won customers to just anybody and certainly not for getting pocket change in return.

MOS must have put together a very compelling sales pitch to get this massive opportunity with one of the titans in the industry.

There must be some irresitable secret sauce under the MOS bonnet. The offerings they are planning, the marketing tools. They are well ahead of schedule for a reason and starting to ink quality deals with serious operators. The dragons in the den are liking what they see!

MOS are really building a business here that could be very attractive to some of the large players in the space at some point in the future.

Just look what happened to Facebook (sorry Meta Platforms) yesterday. $250 Billion wiped off their market cap.

However, they are placing a massive bet and investing vast sums on their Metaverse plans.

Keep collecting those names, subscriptions, territories etc and building great partnerships. Growing the business from the ground up into something that a hungry predator is willing to pay big bucks for.

The possibilities here are really huge.

So many recent positive RNS's have seen the price surge BEFORE the release. The price then spikes and as others have pointed out, those in the know have just made easy money over the period of a few hours. Clearly, there is some illegal insider trading going on here, but the authorities never seem to take action.

As long as the newsflow stays regular and positive and once we climb over the the wall of warrants, the proper re-rating should begin.

We must remember that getting over 0.5p will start to action warrants, so there will be until April a constant drag stopping us from mooning yet.

No matter what the news is or the potential going forward you wont stop a decent proportion of the 828,000,000 0.5p warrants from taking some easy short term profits.

8 more weeks of patience before a proper re-rating IMHO.

You should be taking an interest in the shorters Sparticus.

They are in a fascinating dilema, particularly with these Insti presentations going on and yesterday's AVA update. They may find it very difficult to exit without getting squeezed. Exit they almost certainly should.

Then you could sleep easier and be more polite to innocent bystanders.

You totally misinterprted my post.

My post was looking at things from the shorters perspective and what their reasons could have been for taking the short. So far, their actions have put them in a profitable position.

A fire sale would be the best result any shorter could hope for and as I explained, even that happening wouldn't likely be very much more profitable for them.

If you are an Avacta supporter and have any integrity you owe me an aplogy for your disgraceful language in your first reply.

They took a punt on the LFT and market sentiment.
