A very impressive interview followed by a strong RNS yesterday. Massive progress made on all fronts and whilst we can look ahead to sales in 10000 stores through AATAC in 12-15 months the roll out begins in the next few weeks. Following FDA approval before the 31st March deadline the U.K. distribution deal will be announced and this will be followed by progress updates in the other 16 European countries. It did not surprise me that no figures were released in the last set of results, I truly believe they are doing their best to keep their prolific growth under the radar as much as possible. How many stores are we already selling into in the US? Was it back in Nov when their initial rollout had reached 400 stores in 4 weeks? New products to come online, update on our seeds, FDA deadline only 6 weeks away when some competitors will undoubtedly fall by the wayside and as Trevor stated in his interview, the company is now in a great position to ride the current CBD wave. I didn’t think I would be buying any more but this mornings dip was too tempting. GLA, I feel great things are going to happen this year and our product will be in the stores just as the footfall in the US increases due to the vaccination roll out.

A few quotes from the last Interims (dated to 30 Sept 2020) which highlight why I am here:
•‘significant further progress with distribution and sale of CBD products post period end, including landmark agreement with American Trade Associations Council (AATAC)
•The formation of game-changing distribution partnerships that will take our products directly into tens of thousands of convenience stores across numerous regions.
• and with reference to the rollout in general ‘ we can say with genuine certainty, we are just getting started.
Deals were announced last year to take the Chill products into Slovakia and the Czech Republic, into 15 European countries, they have a leading legal firm making sure compliance in all these different countries is absolute and come 31st match when the FDA rules come into force it is easy to imagine a lot of our competitors who are not currently compliant and don’t have the resources to do so will be falling by the wayside. The growth here from start up has been nothing short of phenomenal but it takes time from announcing a new distribution contract to getting the revenue from sales but once it does happen the numbers could be eye watering. I am keeping hold for the ride.

Robbie - only 4 days ago you wrote ‘ I don’t think this will go to zero but sub 5p is a possibility’ - how close to that 5p target are you exactly? Are you keeping your short open until it reaches 5p?

Robbie - shorting the company is quite a U turn from 9 days ago when you wrote ‘ I never considered opening a short on this company and would never short a stock as losses can be unlimited’

Normsku1 - this is your post from 3rd Feb ‘if you are buying this morn without reading the Tom W report out at 08:30 - 60 Red Flags - you are on a loser guys’ the SP then was 66.5p the SP this morning is 79p, a gain of nearly 20% in 7 days - I think we can all work out who the loser is, thank you very much.

I’m in. The deals shown as sells around the £333 mark are obviously buys, clear evidence that you can’t take any notice of the accuracy of the buy and sells but we already knew this. Hope this £333.33 campaign gathers momentum throughout the day. GLA !

Likewise- too good an opportunity to miss, anybody with any doubts should listen to John Storeys last interview when he said he was still buying and rated the company now a stronger buy than when it was 6p. The CEO’s are doing a great job in my opinion and today’s price will look a bargain in a matter of a few weeks or months - all IMO. Good luck to all holders.

What makes you so sure this is going to slide over the next few weeks to allow ‘jumping back in’.

Thanks Gallini - I thought the 6 monthly results were up to 30 September 2020 and then they had a further 3 months to announce those results, that’s why I thought 31st Dec was the deadline. Due to the pandemic the last set of results were delayed 3 months and I thought that these results had been given a 30 day extension. It doesn’t really matter as the really important news will be out next week but have I got this wrong?

I was unaware the 6 monthly results had been delayed by 1 month and I posted, IMO they would be released on Monday 21st Dec. They could be released anytime next week but IMO Monday is favourite although the actual day doesn’t really matter. The last set of results was accompanied by a very comprehensive update and I am expecting the same again. The joint CEO’s presentation was nearly a couple of months ago now so we are all waiting to find out what progress has been made with the seeds, the sale of the remaining O & G assets (although this is minor matter), the international deal with Czech and Slovakia, the much larger European distribution deal and the most eagerly awaited news is the roll out to stores in the States accompanied by sales figures to date and a projection of future sales (although I doubt we will get this in great detail due to the reason given by the CEO’s).
Until we get this update it is just guesswork on how the company has recently progressed. It is my guess they have done very well indeed and I continue to be excited about the future rapid growth this company is making could make in the future. ICBlue - yes me too. I think by company law they have to publish the accounts by end of 31st Dec (happy to be corrected on this), so there is still time. If the accounts are published as the market closes I don’t think it is to ‘bury the bad news’, just the opposite. My belief is they are trying to operate under the radar for as long as possible. The company has agreed transformational distribution deals and I have no concern over the lack of sale figures to date and lack of forward projections. I maintain full confidence in the business and in our 2 CEO’s.

I am expecting to see the 6 monthly interims up to 30 Sept 2020 published tomorrow. It will be interesting to discover how many different product lines we are now selling in the States and the U.K. compared to last year, how many stores have now been rolled out in the US, what progress has been made since the announcement of the Distribution deal to Europe and any results on seeds. Personally, I don’t think they will announce a forecast of future projected sales which I expect will disappoint many here. The reason for this is the same as they gave in the last presentation and that is not to give any unnecessary information to their competitors. Analysts need a future sales forecast to determine revenues and gross profit to help them to value the company but I don’t think our CEO’s want this focus - just yet. It is only my opinion but I believe the company is progressing rapidly, sales are buoyant and there is so much more to come. As a long term holder last weeks SP has only a passing interest as I have no intention of selling yet. I believe the SP in 6 months and 12 months time will be much higher than at present and I am patient enough to let the story unfold. Exciting times ahead with another instalment due tomorrow. Once the true potential of the company is widely known, backed up by sales figures and revenues it will attract attention from potential bidders. My belief is a bid, in due course, is inevitable but it is too early in the companies growth story to be welcomed by our CEO’s - just yet.

Markettimer - your story will resonate with many on here and I don’t blame you or anybody else taking a 40% profit and moving on, afterall we are all here to make money. According to your last post, after you sold you did some research to find out why the SP had rise from 3.64p to 41p. Why would you do this after you sold? Again, after you sold you decided to post data from the old accounts on here this morning. I’m sure I am not the only one to think this a little strange. I don’t need an explanation, just wanted to say well done on making a profit and glad you are happy with your decision. Have a great day.
