Hi Raymond - Vapes all over the news is good news. It educates the masses, what vapes are all about, the healthier option to smoking, illegal to purchase if under 18, the not so compliant companies that don’t accurately publish their ingredients and can also highlight the emergence of nicotine free vapes too.

This is all good news for Chill Brands that is a very responsible and compliant company with a great product, aimed at adults, launching in the U.K. this summer. The summer months as we all know are June, July & August so in theory the launch could be 12 weeks away but it could also be on Monday. You do of course, know all the above.

To Bellers and others who missed last nights interview with Callum. The ProActive interview covered a lot of what was said but a couple of specifics I noted last night was: (1) previously he stated 20-25 brands on the Chill.com site by end of the year, last night he stated 25 in total by the end of this quarter with the ambition to have hundreds on board. (2) cash flow positive by autumn/winter (3) they have ‘an extremely strong pipeline of companies wanting to join chill.com (4) in summary he said ‘ there really truly is a blue sky opportunity’ and ‘we have everything to play for, my message to shareholders is there is everything to play for’

There is a recent interview on ProActive Investor where they speak to the CEO of Yooma Wellness on his recent acquisition of Vitality CBD whose products are in 3500 stores in the U.K.

Volume showing just over 50,000, this is a minuscule amount of trading. I’m thinking those that have wanted to sell have sold a while ago and all the top ups are just about complete. I’m thinking only news will generate more interest - not long to wait!

2 buys today at 40.5p, both reported as sells and looking at the timings I suggest other reported sells at that time are actually buys. We know it happens a lot and the reason for it but it’s always reassuring to know when 90% of the volume is reported as sells, that it is definitely not the case. IMO the upward trajectory will start again soon.

Having listened to this interview, clearly Covid has hampered the rollout to the expected 3500 stores by the end of July but he seems thrilled to have achieved to have stocked 2500 stores and so should we. With reference to Zoetic he repeatedly talked about a lot of value in the brand and ‘unlocking shareholder value’. This is only me reading between the lines but once the FDA approval is given for Zoetic and the distribution deal which has already been agreed to stock many stores in the U.K. High St but is announced, I don’t think it will be long before that shareholder value is realised. That could be in the form of a partnership or a takeover/buyout/sale. Any thoughts?

Even before that large but, volume today has already exceeded the low volumes we experienced last week. The next 2 weeks should be very revealing for all Zoetic shareholders. GLA who are invested here!

Hi Schalf, last Tuesday we closed at 46p our lowest closing price since 23 Nov (42.6p).
Last week we steadied the boat closing on Friday at 51.5 opposed to the previous Friday of 50p. Prior to that we were down the previous 12 weeks (9 March closing SP 104p). For balance, closing SP
on 1st Aug was 8.3p and 24 March 2020 2.8p so this is a huge growth story, pausing for breath and consolidating on the way up. This latest downward trend has mainly been caused by a well publicised shorting campaign but the company has said they will publish results in July and when they do that should be the end of the shorters. The 2 CEO’s keep a low profile but have delivered amazing deals since they took over and I believe the results will justify and support a climbing SP going forward. Good luck with your investment.

KD & TTS I note both your buys are showing as sells as are many others around that time and SP. Whilst trades should be showing more of a sea of blue than red the most important number is the volume of shares traded and today that is currently showing around the 400k mark which is on the low side. The SP is dropping but not as a result of a large volume of sells. This tide will turn because the fundamentals are so strong, it’s a a very young and upcoming company in a fairly new and upcoming business but it is already profitable with blue chip partners and huge distribution deals already signed and the roll out has already begun. One commentator said this company is like a money printing machine and whilst the SP is dropping its hard to think like that but with just a bit more patience, the sale and revenue figures will be known and the SP will take care of itself. We have an awful lot going for us and IMO the future is very bright indeed - time will tell! GLA!

CAR3Y - thanks for posting. It’s a very similar view that is held by many of LTH’s I’m sure. Just a little patience is something you read on many BB’s but that is all that is required here to see the current plans fully unroll. The comments on the podcast are limited to just the US and that is why I have said before, no matter how high the SP moves to, I will not be surprised. I’ll be very happy but not surprised. GLA.

Reform of the UK’s medical cannabis laws could prove a boon for a number of listed firms on the London stock markets including CBD product makers Sativa Wellness Group Inc (LON:SWEL) and Zoetic International PLC (LON:ZOE).

Capella I’m surprised too and like Bellers I managed to buy a few more this morning at 68p and 68.5. I was pleased to get that price and it is only slightly irritating that the price has slipped lower but the main point is I have now got them. IMO by the end of the year we will be well north of here and we can only imagine the SP in 2-3 years time but whatever it is, I won’t be surprised. This initial roll out is very strategic and methodical and it is the feedback from this initial phase that will shape the strategy going forward. What has been achieved in a year is very impressive indeed. There is now real evidence of momentum building and the CEO’s IMO are well ahead of the game. Before July (which is only 6 weeks away) we can expect official news of the launch of the new web site and the stamp of approval from the FDA which will launch the Zoetic products into many high street retailers as this deal has already been signed. I think everybody realises the main source of revenue will come from the chill products so it was good to hear about the initial launch in the U.K. last Friday and I’m sure there is more to come. Very exciting times for all genuine shareholders who might need the new anti ageing cream to iron out their ‘smile crewed’!
A big shout out to Hopeful Dave too who kept very positive throughout the difficult HNR days and whilst I’m happy for everyone who is in profit here I’m particularly pleased for him. GLA!

Thanks for the positive replies, just what I wanted to hear after several weeks of negative posting by some well known dear pets who have monopolised the board with constant posting. There seems to be an acceptance that sales are not going to be good but I’m going to buck that trend whilst recognising the number of stores on the distribution list is increasing weekly. Very happy to watch this story unfold, the recent blip in the SP is an opportunity to buy more for those who are not fully invested.

Australia down 4.35%. News is due and we could get an RNS in the morning but my expectation is a Sunday night announcement in Aus followed by a Monday morning RNS it that’s only my guess. GLA.

I would say so - it’s costing the company £1.2 million to get out of the finance arrangement that was only agreed 2 months ago. That sounds a lot of money to me and an awful lot of products to sell to make that back. Onwards and upwards!
