Highest volume today for some time. Looking at a strong finish to the day, the next 90 mins could result in a blue finish. Like a few others I added more earlier today. I have every confidence in our CEO’S ability to deliver the strategic growth they have meticulously planned and IMO sales won’t disappoint as the products are been delivered to selected high footfall stores and not selected at random. The RNS states chill products are to be available in the U.K. by end of June. That could mean online but it could also mean in store. As the U.K. distribution deal is dependant on authorisation from the FDA, news on that may not be too far away.

I am surprised the SP has touched 70p today as I considered my 80p purchase last week a bargain and still do - but you know what I mean. Us LTH don’t worry about the daily SP movement but of course it’s better to see a daily rise than to watch it slip. Other investors who need reassuring have only to reread the last few RNS’s and listen to the interview with John Storey and our 2 CEO’s to allay any worries. The CEO’s are following a detailed and well thought out strategy which will produce huge sales and then profits for many years years to come. To have our products in 3500 stores in the US by July is just the start. Does anybody really think that the stores that have been carefully chosen and the large distribution deals that have been signed are not going to translate into huge sales? They are experienced people in their own right but also have the retail experience of their strategic partners to draw upon too. The last 12 months has seen a seismic shift in the companies progress (and SP) and I have every confidence the next 12 months will be the same and a little bit extra too. IMO patience will pay off massively here. Good luck to all who are invested, this will be life changing for many.

The comparison with Fever Tree is real. As RKB posted today we will not have to wait 15 years to see Zoetic reach a gross profit of £100 million, yes £100 million!
The SP of Zoetic was 3p last Match and 10p last August. The numerous distribution deals already signed are huge and we are going from zero stores to an expected 3500 by July. Yes EXPECTED was the word used in The RNS, I know one poster struggled with this but he should look up the word unexpected in the dictionary and this means the opposite.
Details of sales and profits will follow in due course, I can understand why some investors feel they need to know these details but it has been clear to me and others who listened to the CEO’s first presentation they were not going to give these details out. Other businesses trade for years and get nowhere near the distribution deals our CEO’s have secured. Growth in the last 12 months has been explosive and this is set to continue. In 5 years time new up and coming companies won’t be aspiring to do a Fever Tree they will aspire to do a Zoetic. IMO all
Investors here are going to be handsomely rewarded all we have to do is sit tight and enjoy watching the story unfold. GLA and enjoy!

Bluerill - thanks for posting that link, it was a great listen and I recommend it to all who are invested. Whilst we wait for the confirmation of the FDA licence here in the UK which will then trigger the announcement of the U.K. distribution deal which is already signed to a number of well known high street stores the big money is in the States with the smoking cessation products of the chill brand - eye watering numbers. GLA who are invested, I don’t think we will be waiting much longer before we see a huge rerate in the Zoetic share price.

Kit Malthouse the policing minister wants to ensure high street CBD products contain no more than ‘ an unavoidable trace level’ of THC. Bellers - I was the same but no anxiety here, we know an update is coming and we are confident it will be a very positive and comprehensive update when it comes. I’m still expecting the FDA authority to come through before the 31st even though the latest update stated that is no longer the deadline. I have my mind made up it will come on Monday 29th but it doesn’t really matter on the exact date as long as it comes. GLA.

Kanaa - that was your first post on the Zoetic board and you choose to endorse TW comments saying this will be close to 5p in 2 years time.

Yesterday, on another board you wrote ‘ (you named another poster) loves to post lots when the share price falls and has written many misleading comments for a while.He obviously has a very unhappy life because of his personality and like a to bring negativity to others.

Billy - thanks for that. I know we have met the 31st March deadline by submitting our application but we submitted it before they moved the goalposts so my own expectation is that we will still receive a positive response from the FDA before the 31st and the details will be in a RNS. I appreciate this may not necessarily happen but I’m thinking/hoping it will.

Only 454k showing as today’s traded volume which is by far the lowest daily volume for some time. I guessed wrong when I said I thought the RNS would probably arrive yesterday or a week yesterday stating the licence and authority from the FDA had been granted. We know it’s coming and it will come before the 31st March deadline but confirmation is always good. John Storey continues to increase his stake which I take as confirmation that we are on track but I am looking forward to another company update shortly. When it comes I hope we don’t have to mention TW or his army of shorters again because if they are still short then it will cost them big style. Good luck to all holders.

My gummies and oil arrived this morning. I have had the gummies before in the old flavour but first time with the oil. The writing is so small I cannot read it. Do you literally put a droplet under your tongue or do you fill the dropper and empty the contents under your tongue? I’m feeling it must be the latter but If it’s not and I go ahead without guidance I think I’ll miss the whole weekend and I do want to watch the rugby at 4.45pm. Thanks in advance for your help. His volume yesterday with 3.2 million shares traded but today we are already approaching 4 million already. A stronger afternoon should see us turn blue before the close and with funding in place, distribution deals done and the roll out to the first of the 10,000 AATAC stores underway we holders just have to sit patiently and watch the progress unfold, the SP to continue its upward trajectory and the release of the next RNS. Very happy here, well done Zoetic!

IMO there is a reasonable chance we will hear news tomorrow, if not then next Monday is more than likely. Just my opinion and a guess based on many detailed RNS’s appear on Mondays (not always) and the company stated they thought they would receive FDA approval well before the deadline f 31st March. Once approved and details of the U.K. distribution deal is made public a good jump in the SP should follow. I might be totally wrong but approval has to come in the next 3 weeks or so. 2 x 250,000 buys earlier today at 93.5p, that’s serious money!

pPipoer24 - John Storey (Ox Distribution ) bought a stake in the company early last year and paid for this with 12 x 165k monthly payments. The monthly payments went through until this Jan or Feb. Someone correct me if I’m wrong- thanks.

Proactive Investor has just published an article headed ‘Roll up roll up: cannabis companies queue up to join London’s budding subsector’.
They describe the companies recently come to market and name the ones they expect to follow soon including Cellular Goods, a consumer CBD brand business that is understood to be backed by David Beckham. Anything backed by David Beckham will generate news in the U.K. and the US, the man is a walking publicity machine. Sativa Welness Group is also mentioned, they submitted its novel food application for validation to the UK’s novel food standard regulator. Sativas executive chairman said ‘ This is a significant milestone for the company. “The CBD market is likely to consolidate around the major players that put product quality and regulatory compliance at the forefront. Sales channels in the UK will open up and smaller players will likely fall away.” All sounds very familiar, I believe our journey has truly started and it’s going to be both long and exciting.

Sunday papers- with the successful IPO of Kanabo this week it’s hard to believe that the Cannabis - CBD story won’t be featured in the Sunday papers shortly. I’ve always believed the company were very happy to go about their business under the radar but they might not be in control of the agenda for much longer. An RNS shortly announcing the U.K. distribution deal to major high st shoe should do the trick. Looks like a strong close is on the cards. Anyone know if the rumours of TW arrest are true?

Although there is a lot of hard work still to do our CEO’s more or less said in their interview the hard part is done (major distribution deals signed after a year in the making and strong and very credible partnerships formed) and this is the enjoyable part - the roll out to the stores in a very targeted and profitable way. They are ahead of the game, at least 1 year ahead of the opposition and whilst others are playing catch up, thanks to our CEO’s we’ll be occupying shelf space, generating huge sales at 50% gross margin in thousands of stores. Just a little patience is required which is an opportunity to accumulate more shares for those still looking to do so. Very happy to sit snd wait for further progress to be announced.
