I'm not aware of any other vehicle for taking ownership of a company other than share purchase. Just converting their loan notes will put them over 40%.
Why do you think they would want to own any more?

It doesn't matter who you are, how much money you've got, how much research you do, how clever you are - you can't time every single trade to perfection. Still, a drift to 10p should not be a big surprise - no news expected imminently.
Plus the uncertainty around will the vaccine work, will it be safe, will there be room for second generation, Brexit, deal or no deal. Markets hate uncertainty.

I'm only posting because it is so quiet - are you still seeing blue today?
I'm not sure that securing supplies and the storage will be the bottleneck. My father in law who is 96 will have to be vaccinated at home (he's not in a care home). I suspect there will be a good number of over 80's who are not mobile or have restrictions. They aren't even doing any vaccinations at our local surgery, we will have to go to one 10 miles away. I know this is the category at greatest risk but will be 3 or 4 times slower than doing the fit, healthy and mobile don't you think?
Getting some mass immunity will have the secondary effect of protecting the unvaccinated elderly I'd have thought.
TBH, my father in law doesn't want his life extending.

Is it just me or are the ones most vocal on the affairs of the UK people who have chosen not to live here?

What return (annual) would you be looking for with Scancell and how would this compare to your average over the long term?

As you know, time is the thief of investments returns. As I have been invested for so long (8 years +), my annual return here is unlikely to be over 20% even if this hits £1.

You raised one concerning Inanaco. Actually, there are three separate things.
1 was his ban justified - probably not
2 is the bb better off without him - a matter of opinion
3 should he be reinstated - if you think the ban wasn't justified OR you think the BB would be better off - yes

So if you are a wavering happy clapper you will take comfort in his unwavering hyper optimism.
If you enjoy balanced, civilised debate you will probably feel the BB is far better off without him.

Whilst it is comforting to romanticise about the similarities, I think it's important not to overlook some of the obvious differences.
BioNTech was started with more cash than Scancell have raised in their history.
BioNTech have floated on NASDAQ raising further significant funding
They have partnered (done a deal) with one of the giants of the pharmaceutical industry.
