UnloadING - present tense. Not might be unloading something as yet unidentified, ie, pure speculation.

The reality is it is impossible to put a value on a very early stage research biotech with no approved products and no revenue. Any value between 5p and 40p could be considered "realistic". The only thing disconnected from reality are some of the investors here.
All the above just my opinion. If you are right and believe the point about premium, what does that make the likely takeover price? 100% to the current would be 23p.
No, I don't think a takeover is indicated, nor would I want it at that level.
