Inan, it is on page 25 under Newsflow what to expect, right hand column moditope. The actual words are: “Begin EVALUATING” “EVALUATION complete” I’m not sure I was “claiming” anything, merely quoting from a report. Not sure why it became such an issue?

The observations of most here are correct: There was no intention of suggesting that evaluation=risk. I was simply quoting from the Hardman report who use the word in “evaluation starts” and “initial evaluation complete”. I would imagine that the Hardman report is approved by SCLP and that none of the eminent scientists threw a dicky fit mumbling about counting red cars.

Inan, didn’t understand you point “they are not evaluating “. The whole point of research is to evaluate.
Perhaps you could clarify who is or isn’t evaluating what.

Ok, thanks for that C7. Having announced via RNS a research partnership with BioNTech I guess it is now going. I also would imagine this research will be carried out under a NDA therefore BioNTech will have first refusal on a licensing deal.

Ray, the evaluation of TCR and Moditope was due to start Q1 2018 according to the Hardman report. We have had no confirmation that it has started but that is not to say it hasn’t. The initial evaluation due to be completed by H1 2019. I would expect a deal to be done either at this point. If not, the likelihood is that no deal will be done.

C7, I with you there, some good common sense posted recently. I don’t think anything is particularly broken at the moment. The progress as far as SCLP in concerned will go at its own pace dictated by a necessary sequence of events. However much we wish they were faster does not make any difference. All we can do is moan, blame the BOD, wait patiently or invest elsewhere. These are choices we do have. Currently sat on the west terrace having drinkypoos in the gorgeous warmth. ATB

Inan, you keep going on and on and on about the science, how wonderful it is and how it can't fail.

As you rightly point out, the market has failed to grasp your insight and therefore are not valuing it correctly. Meanwhile, back on earth those with a more realistic outlook might "reason" as follows:

The "market" that has thus far failed to grasp the value of SCLP over the past 6 years will, in all probibility fail to grasp it for the next 2/3 years. UNTIL, the trials are almost complete, the results are outstanding and the commercialisation is sorted (with funding).

I, like you, like C7 and many others belive that £8 or more is POSSIBLE. But in the next 2 years????

Barbel, it's a good point about refined and true I guess. When I used the word refined, it was a milder version than changed. 6 years ago I used to think this would be £3.20 per share within 2/3 years. My "refined" view is it could make 22p in the next 6 months.

C7 I made the "cult" analogy since they typically have strict ideas and beliefs that must be followed to the letter. Anyone with an alternative view are turned on. Many of us, in the light of experience and further knowledge have refined our views and beliefs over the years as you say. ATB

Just checked the rules and nothing to prohibit boring posts. I guess it would be impossible to police as it is a subjective call. What some find boring is incredibly exiting to others (apparently).

I don’t mind what people write, I can always skip through the stuff I’m not particularly interested in. Can’t be bothered to report personal abuse, live and let live I say.

I do find the constant nit-picking of a certain individual on another individual rather annoying and uncalled for. It reminds me of persecution inflicted on someone who has broken away And left a cult.

Ray, I'm sure most of us would prefer any of those side-effects to death.

As for the sore arm indicating that the vaccine works, I'm not so sure. Isn't it because of the electroporation technique that is used with the trigrid system? It is the electrical stimulation that causes the pain not the drug being administered was my understanding. Are you sure Inan said that (it shows immunobody is doing its stuff) ?

Morning C7, I agree, no need for any fuss. I can’t imagine a bargain basement price less than £1- £1.50 which would give everyone a return, even those unlucky enough to buy in at 40-65p. For those who got in early or late in the 8-12p range would be looking at even better returns. But as you say, many irons in the fire now so hopefully some news of progress on a few of these could supply some forward momentum. ATB
