As Ivy said, IF questions are asked that the BOD cannot answer for legal reasons, they should me capable of deflecting them.

Ivy, good post, agree with everything you say. It is reasonable to expect some straight answers from the bod. If you want to get really picky, all information is price sensitive to some degree but the legal definition of the term applies to specific information fortunately.

The fact there is to be a Scib1 combo trial was price sensitive this is now in the public domain.
The fact that the trial has been delayed by the FDA queries was price sensitive- now in the public domain.

It would be quite reasonable to ask when the delay was known and what is the revised trial date. The bod have already stated first half 2019 so nothing that is not already known but as you say, the body language could be important for those that are able to attend.

There is no COMMITMENT from BioNTech. If there is no synergy or benefit they will walk away. Hopefully there will be some synergy and depending on the commercial deal BioNtech MAY commit themselves.

If you want to ramp the share you really need to be a bit more factual and show a bit more subtlety.
