Holbrook, unfortunately not. The boards primary duty is to the company itself. If the best interests of the company were to sell shareholders down the river, they would be legally entitled to do that.

C7, yes I agree. The best way to beat cancer is 1) prevent it happening and if you can't do that, early diagnosis is key. The diagnostics should identify cancer and predict the best course of treatment.

I have had Angle on my watch list for a while so was surprised they were only 2% up on this news. The news broke on 10th January when they lept 90%, now drifted back to about 33% up on pre-news level.

Angle provide diagnostic tests and are able to identify clusters of cancer cell that go on to produce metastases. I didn't think it particularly warranted the bold headline and SP jump, although any new opportunity to beat the disease must be welcome. I didn't think it was as exciting as the Moditope announcement.

There will of course be similarities since there are common factors as far as immuno-oncology goes. Some attempt to supercharge T cells that can destroy cancer cells and some remove the cloaking mechanism that cancer cells use to avoid being found. Of course, there are hundreds if not thousands of methods being tried to achieve this. One of the key differences with Scancell’s SCIB and MODI platforms is that they are administered in the patients body.

The different valuations are probably not indicative of which is better, more a case of one being on AIM and the other on NASDAQ. There attitude of US investors is very different to UK investors. Also, it may be that US companies find it easier to raise funds, an issue that may worry Scancell investors.

Why is it a mistake to confuse them if they are all the same? If they are the same then there is nothing to confuse is there? Or did you miss a NOT out somewhere. ie NOT confusing or NOT all the same.
