I think blame is a bit strong. But the BOD do have a responsibility to the company and Its shareholders.
Of course, there are factors outside of their control - the Ichor issue, Coronavirus etc. However, management is about controlling the things you can effectively and mitigating against the things you can’t. I see communicating with shareholders part of that mitigation.

Are you going to kick off the “ludicrously cheap” discussion?

It is my opinion that Scancell could communicate better.
If someone else’s opinion is that Scancell communicate perfectly, that is a contrary opinion.
There will, therefore be disagreement.
Parties will then attempt to reinforce their position. That is called an argument.
It’s just the way it works I’m afraid.
The alternative is to roll over and surrender.

The lack of news is not a matter of opinion but rather a matter of fact. No one is denying that there have in the past been updates as you highlight in your last post. The important element you (once again) omit is TIME.
The last update on the Covid situation as 1st May about the 25% salary cut
The last update on Covidity was 24th April
The last update on SCIB1 trial was 3rd February- BEFORE lock down.

The shareholder revolt is a figment of your overactive imagination.
We are merely discussing what many of us consider extremely poor performance in the area of investor relations/communication/PR.

The radio silence on news may be because

They can’t due to confidentiality
The news is bad and they are holding it back
Or simply because there is nothing significant to report

If it is the later they could always issue a news report saying “nothing to report”

Let’s hope someone from Scancell is looking in and can manage a copy and paste!

I think one of the issues of the BB is the failure to acknowledge the impact of time. After all, it is the time elapsed between communications that some are complaining about. As they say, time is money. The more time passes, the more money is needed, the greater the dilution and a lower percentage return. Also, the more time that passes, the greater the likelihood of a competitor technology.

How long will you be happy with a low SP? Surely you want to see a return at some point?

It very much fits the context, any questioning of the company in any way that could be construed negative brings accusations of being a trader, wanting the price lower or not understanding the science. As Bermuda says, that could not be further from the truth.

I said “I THINK” as opposed to your “I can easily make a case”.
