I have held since July 2012 so for eight years now. I have sold out completely twice in that time following news I thought would affect the SP adversely. I did on both occasions manage to buy in in cheaper (not significantly cheaper) and was only out for a matter of days.
My current average is around 14.7p.

I wouldn’t go as far as to say “happy” to lose but certainly “prepared” to.
I’d would of course be happier if the investment came to nothing but a Scancell still made an important contribution to the treatment of cancer.

You really don’t, you buy an insignificant amount in an attempt to average down and avoid going to the AGM.

If you REALLY wanted to back your mouth, you’d sell your property, put a significant amount of money into SCLP and get a place on the board.

It absolutely doesn’t reinforce it. You are taking figures out of context. The numbers are meaningless unless you factor in a TIME element.

I will reiterate the point I made yesterday about a faction of this BB being unwilling to acknowledge the effect of TIME on this as an investment.

JUST a matter of time?? No, TIME is the most important element!
This may well get to £10 per share but it may take years. The longer it takes, the less the annual return.

To have a credible valuation you need to state:

Some rationale and assumptions to support the figures
An estimate of timescales
A plan as to HOW you are going to get there.

To say £1, £3, £6, £8, £10, £12, £20,£200 WITHOUT some timescales and supporting argument is completely MEANINGLESS.

I take it the lack of response is because no one has any concrete reasons to suggest that a just over 5p it’s NOT ludicrously cheap?

Yes I think I might be over expecting. Here are some more over expectations:

The SP will get to 15p (break even for me)
We will get a patient dosed on the SCIB1 combo trial this year.
The SCIB2 might start
MODI1 will begin human trials.

We might be given any information on any of the above.

Anyway, I think we’ve done this one to death, shall we move on?
