There are two separate issues here, one is dilution the other value. Technically, by issuing new shares the IS dilution. What you are saying is the cash raised by diluting improves the prospects and the SP may (but not necessarily) rise.

It would be like selling half a cups of squash for a pound, then adding extra water. You could still sell the squash for a pound but that doesn’t mean it’s not diluted.

TF, don’t be too concerned about the large % “dilution”. Like you I had factored in a £10m raise at around 4p so this is better. In theory, the additional £15m raised should increase the company’s mcap by a corresponding amount negating the per share dilution. As Scancell don’t make any money, we don’t need to worry about dividend decrease!
Being funded for two years and the potential to progress a number of the platforms should more than compensate.

Well about time we went for a decent amount and happy it’s not 4p.

It would appear from the number of recs that your comments have support from all sides.
It would appear that the majority want an honest balanced discussion about Scancell, it’s products, their prospects and obstacles to overcome.
It would appear that the majority do NOT want ramping, deramping, personal abusive, name calling, accusation and counter accusation.

If they were ludicrously cheap at 5.33 they are still ludicrously cheap at 6.858. The main thing is you sold them for more than you paid which = profit.
What a don’t understand is why you didn’t just sell the 27k and make £412 profit, rather than sell some of the 7.5p ones at a loss?
I’m at a loss to explain lol.

It’s a nice concise chart. It does have one major omission- it is devoid of any dates.
I guess the complication would be whether to put the original target, the latest target or the even later Covid adjusted target.
You see why some would like a bit of an update (if it’s not too much trouble)

I only mentioned SNG and VAL as they both had large rises today and perhaps was one of the reasons we were up so much on no news.
We can only hope for an RNS on a par with SNG, we’re not there quite yet!

Good rise on no news but obviously there must be a reason. Our rise fairly modest compared to SNG +420% and even VAL + 41%.

So all Scancell needed to do in 2015 was put out an RNS announcing the combo trial with a disclaimer “there will be issues” and absolve them from updating the market when the real issues arise.

I’m trying to understand the logic behind your argument, not easy so bear with me.
The.only “material change” that will happen is “first patient dosed”. Therefore, we expect the radio silence to continue until a patient on the SCIB1 Combo trial has been dosed which could be months. Have I got that right?

There seems to have been lots of point missing today! Perhaps only to be expected when there are differences of opinion, we tend to be blind to the points of others.
If I could offer some balance....
Ratty’s point was that there has been plenty of news from Scancell - this is true.
Bermuda’s point was that some invest felt there wasn’t enough news on specific topics of interest - this is also true.
There major disagreement was that investors were “disingenuous” in there voicing an opinion that communication was inadequate. Here I have to agree with Bermuda. Only the poster knows whether or no they are expressing a genuine view. Bermuda states he was, and I believe him. I can tell you now, my own view has been genuine. Like Bermuda, I have NEVER posted anything in order to influence a trade.

As for the “company you keep”. Well I keep the same company. On ADVFN I find Bermuda, ivy, gooosed and NXC very valuable contributors. On LSE I find crumbs, wild and ray valuable contributors as well as berm and ivy who post on both. Unfortunately we have idiots posting on both boards but these can just be ignored or challenged if warranted.
So I hope you respect the decision of individuals to post on whatever board they choose and express the opinions they genuinely hold.
Why would anyone want it otherwise?
