Personally I’m very cautious trying to imply value from other deals. We must remember that Daiichi Sanyo are a revenue earning, profit making, established company with a market cap of around 5 billion pounds. I’m sure this gives them a lot more clout than Scancell have.

Bermuda is right, they have simply suspended valuation.
So you have the pre-dilution value of 15.6 and you could simply divide the £74m by the new number of shares and come up with 10p.
I think we should wait and see if TD recalculate the company value before jumping to any conclusions.

I thought it was a good program, documenting what has actually happened and what is actually happening. We shouldn’t judge it by what we think SHOULD be happening.

I would have preferred that we had raised £20m years ago at 22p. But there’s no point blaming the BOD for not doing so when hindsight tells you it may have been a good idea. We are where we are so we have to draw a line and deal with the present. I agree, some exiting times ahead.

I wasn’t questioning CHs ability as CEO. It was a response to a specific point regarding the complexities of the multiple licensing permutations. I asked whether people thought he was “up to the job”. It was an open question, not an expression of my personal opinion.
As I stated earlier, I’m very happy with the latest fund raising and puts us in a good position to really forge ahead and get the data we need to make the big boys sit up and take note.

Commiserations on the cup defeat. I was disappointed Willian didn’t play, aubamayang was a hedge and worked out well!
We are in the best position financially we have ever been and sitting on the best scientific potential for years. I think we can hit 10p very soon and once we have done that I think we will have seen the last of single figures.

Actually you are saying plenty. You said you stick by your £8 per share prediction of four years ago. At the time there were 224m shares in circulation. You therefore valued Scancell at £1.8 billion.
If you stick by your £8 per share prediction with 629m shares in circulation (not counting the CLN) then you are valuing Scancell today at £5 billion.
So what has changed in 4 years to support this? Don’t forget, four years ago we already had both immunobody and Moditope so you see additional £3b from TCR and Avidimab?

Are you saying we won’t get to 15.6p? That would be the only way they will be wrong.
If they reduce their target to 10p in line with the dilution factor there is a better chance of being “right” sooner don’t you think?

Of course not, but can any one demonstrate it has increased by over 200%.
This is what It would need to have risen by in order to maintain an £8 per share value with the amount of dilution that had taken place over the same period.
