Can someone please explain why my earlier post is argumentative?
Are we saying we are not allowed to ask someone to back up their statements?
I am very positive about the future prospects. I’ve even persuaded my wife to make a small investment.

Funnily enough, I haven’t actually disagreed with a £8 valuation. My question was prompted my Inan’s “I can explain the rationale behind those posts”.
What is the rationale?
As suggested, if you value Scancell a £5Billion and divide it by 629m shares you get £8 per share.
So what’s the rationale behind valuing Scancell at £5B? Compare to similar companies? Value its products?

It appears you can’t.

I’ve never put forward £10 as an estimate. I may have said there are scenarios where £10 was a possibility but that doesn’t constitute a forecast.

I agree, Scancell will grow - it has the products, the people and now, the cash to do so. As many have already stated, sentiment is good at the moment but investors are fickle and that can quickly change. The SP will not go up in a straight line, there will be peaks and troughs.
A lot of us have personal factors that may have attracted us to Scancell and influenced our decision to invest - and for those, the successful treatment of cancers is as important as the financial rewards.

It’s funny, we all want Scancell to succeed and for cancer to be cured.
Most of the spats revolve round semantics and the meaning of words.
Fantasy: the faculty or activity of imagining impossible or improbable things..
As Sherlock Holmes said to Watson, eliminate the impossible and what remains, however improbable, is the answer.

Maybe not but she’s doing a pretty good job of harnessing and targeting it against cancer and hopefully Covid.

Totally agree that a Covid vaccine could be a catalyst for Scancell’s re-rate.
The danger with chasing many targets is you could miss them all, I still think focus on a few is the best strategy. The Covid opportunity Is an exception.

They do say, if you can’t explain something simply, you don’t really understand it. Here is a lady who really understands her stuff. Also humble enough to acknowledge that others have greater knowledge in the field of virology. The important thing is combining that knowledge in order to create a Covid vaccine.
