A good question. I think an element of both. There may well be some savvy enough to spot the Covid opportunity but equally there will be those savvy enough to spot the potential of the rest of the pipeline along with substantial funding behind them. It always takes the market a few days to react to news. I think day traders then spotted the opportunity and fuelled a bigger rise than there otherwise would have been.

Well, maybe I need to deploy my Bombardiers against the bazookas. A Stella performance today SP wise, perhaps bouyed by the Corona opportunities? Would be nice if we could all Foster a sense of unity like I have with London Pride (C7) - my Bud’s Wiser than I am. Maybe then some would feel less Desperados. Let’s hope it’s not Murphy’s law we drop tomorrow otherwise it will be down the Doom Bar for us all. Long term it will be OK, this is a Pedigree investment. Yes, the rise on no news took me a little by surprise. I guess if it can leap like that on no news it could really take off with anything half decent. I think people got a bit over excited - not complying, managed to bag an extra 5,000 shares at 0p.

Some good points made. My own perception of risk is that we are less risky now than any time in the past five years. CH reckons £15m raise is enough cash to take SCIB1 and MODI1 through trials through to end of 2022. That leaves 5/6m for other things not including any non-dilutive cash coming into the coffers.
So whilst no risk free, an attractive risk reward ratio. Not only multiple shots on goal but the goal mouth has got wider. As crackin said yesterday, not a time to sell.

It is true, there is much to like about Scancell as you have pointed out. I think we need to be careful that the new mantra isn’t another way of suggesting “no risk” which of course there is.

The whole point of this forum is to argue the points in order to get closer to the truth - where possible. Some things are a matter of fact (such as the science, results, number of shares, cash in the bank, number of employees) whilst others are a matter of opinion.
This board is a forum where people are able to express an opinion. You don’t have to agree with them. If you don’t, you can construct a counter argument or, if you can’t be arsed, just ignore.
If you are looking for a single view enforced information board perhaps you should move to China?
