Crumbs, I think you have the UK model. Sounds like you’ve got the Hong Kong model, the voice is English but the currency is HK dollar.

I don’t remember the exact words but someone was moaning about OT discussions of our ailments, the weather and football. I said it was quite natural to have social interaction like discussing the above, especially the misfortunes of Chelsea and Burnley.
Update: since making the jibe last week, Chelsea have done a bit better. Burnley, well....

I have no reason to believe Scancells figures are not correct. Started totting up before this announcement and carried on.
I’ll double check, maybe there is a small tranche I haven’t accounted for possibly some share options?
Either way, it’s nearly a billion and that seems to be the smallest unit of currency considered on this board LOL!

I think you should bother rather than pin your hopes on someone coming along and paying a figure plucked from the air rather than arrived at with any sort of calculation.
I don't take the TD value as set in stone but it does provide a value based on financial principles. I do my own valuation as well which is not a million miles away from TD's. You have to consider what happens if the deal we have been hoping for the past eight and a half years NEVER comes? What are you left with? It's the tangilble bit that you are left with is what I try to value. This gives a base line, anything else is a bonus. The perpetrator of the myth has gone, you need to let the myth go with it. A £1 pound target is plenty for now.

Agree, could get as spiky as an echidna.
Such a range of values that could be justified. Don’t forget, TD are valuing Scancell at 74p on SCIB1, SCIB2 and MODI1 alone (if successful). So any trial data indicating success should move the SP closer to 74p. Add any value from Avidimab, Covidity and a £1 is quite achievable I would think. Any hype superimposed on reality could see more.

So what I’m saying in response to your 9:28 is that if you combine the last two fundraises and look at the numbers, prices and percentages, it makes more sense.

Just to add, I thought the whole Redmile investment was agreed up front, it is inconceivable that having invested GBP 7 Million, they come back a few weeks later with another GBP 30 Million.
If you look at the end result, Redmile end up with 35% of Scancell for an average of 10.6p. I guess Vulpes wanted a share of the action but did not want to pay the premium. Hence a first tranche at 5.5p that Vulpes could take part in, and a later at 13p for Redmile only, with Redmile paying 10.6p overall.

My figure accounts for £48M raised. Did you convert the loan notes at 6.2 and not 5.5?

It will also be interesting to see the trinity Delta revised valuation. Last time they added the cash raised to their valuation of the company to counterbalance the dilution. If they do the same this time they will get a value around 12p - less than Redmile have bought in for! They will need to find some improvement from where, perhaps assigning a value to Avidimab or Covidity.
