Lol this is not the Post Office fella owned wholly by the Government but Royal Mail owned by its shareholders

There will be a compromise doubtless but nonetheless the market yesterday clearly liked what they saw with a 5% rise

Fellow housebuilders Barratt and Taylor Wimpey also on or above 1 year highs

Not up to speed but noticed my other housebuilders Barratt and TW were well up yesterday the latter at a 1 year high and Barratt not far off it

PSN edging closer to that 1 year high as well

This was a steal at 28p and yet still at 34/35 its not remotely finished rising

For those not aware Persimmon has become one of the current 7 "momentum" stocks

Without producing massive paragraphs of explanation or inserting a link which LSE will remove it can be best explained as share falling too far without real solid reason and the desire of the hoards to jump back before "they" believe its too late

Even on FTSE down days PS are rising.....(its also happening with Barratt and Taylor Wimpey for that matter)

Doubtless it had been covered here already but I had no idea how far I had to scroll back

At least two MAJOR websites need get their information accurately updated

I've sat on a mine of different information over next Dividend payment

Now I myself considered the payment would be based on our "holdings on declaration date and Ex Divi date" and not the re adjusted holding

Now am sat on different information....before I start trying to insert links which LSE will doubtless remove am I correct or wrong ??

So to be clear (ignore the usual taxation angle) its our original holding times the divi of 3.452p (4.38c) ??

Rise is almost certainly because of Taylor Wimpey being rated buy as the housing market rebounds

Taylor Wimpey starting to motor and I'd expect Persimmion to follow suit

This will move back into the 40's in very short order and rightfully so

I just come out of hospital after extensive period andwas just reconciling all the Divi payments over last 2 months ??

Will only take a couple hundred point uplift in the FTSE for this to steam through £3 and beyond

Its itching to go despite the ftse stalling continuously around the 6650 mark
