Inclined to agree its an HC sell off but why wouldn't they wait until an RNS with Cohort 6 results? I appreciate they have plenty of skin in the game still so probably just liquidating some exposure but just doesn't make sense to me with an RNS due any day now that we are all expecting to be more than positive!

If they do a splitting of the divisions, and a listing on NASDAQ of Therapeutics as per Myles suggestion as possible, do you still own the shares under your UK shares or do you just get some sort of payout and have to repurchase on Nasdaq?

I don't really understand what the implications of this dispute are. Is there any risk to the company? If not the shares look a very cheap price at the moment to average down. Does anyone know when will be resolved or likely outcomes? Thanks

I've only been investing for 5 years or so but made a small fortune on Sirius probably 800%+ up at one point, my first ever big win! On paper anyway! In reality I was a few p down on my average in the end when we got bought out! NEVER judge someone for top slicing or cashing in a tidy profit, I wish I had! I sold some of my holding at 1.5p last week, below my average but like many on this board 1.5p seemed a long way away a few months back! Keeping the rest for results now, GLA whatever your strategy!

Look like they are one of the largest shorters. Googled them and they are owned by JP Morgan, is that anything to be concerned about or will they work completely independently or is it some sort of hedging tactic?

Has anyone worked out what the total dilution is after the various components of stage 2 financing? Also are existing holders getting access to the placing or will they just go on the open market?

I'm a big fan of this project, LTH and still hopeful of good news for ST2. Is anyone concerned about the timing of this offtake agreement whilst still waiting for ST2 news. The conspiracist in me wonders if its to keep PI's investing as II's sell off. I'm sure it isn't but crossed my mind so wondered what others thought? Does this make me a deramper! I'm not selling and sure I'm being overly paranoid, think this board does that to you with talk of MMs etc! Just wondering if crossed anyone elses mind. Squeeky bum time anyway over coming weeks, fingers crossed good news!
