No clue about January dividend. Are they going to reduce this?

Is it because Alistair Phillips-Davies is going retire or is it because spending are going g to go up?

@JBCo What makes you think/predict this will be go up to 4000p. Looks like US interest rates are not going to drop down quickly or even if they drop they will be slower

@Holden77- Yes you are spot on. Wonder if the shares calculated day was sometimes when the bid was made hence they achieved the target. If there was no bid probably they might have no reached the target. I have no idea how this is calculated

@MK. You are spot on.Looks like. Now StonX knows lot more how Cab operat and will be using this information. They never had intention to takeover Cab that's why they deliberately bid at low price.

Why would anyone buy this today or next week? SP is going to go down as all that were speculating will be selling. One could have seen this coming as large investors were reducing their stakes.

Why not wait until it comes down.
