Well there's no raise mentioned this time around.

I think he knows that a raise on this SP would dilute it completely and wouldn't raise enough.

It needs to be around 5 or 6 to make some sort of impact both to PM as well as shareholders

Let's get one thing clear and agree on it.

Any AIM stock wether PM or anything else carries an element of risk. IF you think you can invest in AIM without any risk assessments and work out if its the right stock for you are deluded. Quite frankly stick your money where at least you think its a safe bet and you know if its going to be less productive you won't lose it.

Judging PM as an AIM stock it is undervalued and the chances this will come to fruition are good.

This RNS/AGM hasnt shaken me at all. In fact I was hoping to top up if like someone said it may slip 10-15%.

Ther's a lot more to this to come and only a fool would ditch this now. Lot more in the next couple of months.

It would have been nice to get the sales agreement ou of the way but than MB is weighing up the best options. He knows he has to deliver this time round.

There's no two ways about this. If they dont come up with a reasonable proposition than its PLAN B as far as i can see.

A bit concerning that the sign off for the sales agreement hasn't progressed and February now goes into April. I would have thought he should have had a plan B if he got a cold shoulder from the Chinese

I didn't think there was going to be a RNS before this AGM.

I said that a couple of days ago. And if it comes tomorrow that will be a first.

Well folks too much speculation again I think here today. Only a few hours more hours and all will be revealed. There's nothing better than the real thing. Hold tight to your shares and hopefully it should be good.

These nayers have one agenda and one agenda only.

How can we get in on the cheap and the best and easiest way is to talk us out of this ride.

Most if not are LTH are not falling for this.

As master says MB hasn't been brilliant over the years and i am going back five and to be honest IMO he could have handled the situation better.

But the fact that he has finally woken up and understands that he has to earn his keep is a blessing.

I think he is now learning from past experience and mistakes and this year he will produce the goods.

Everything is at play here.

I don't expect any major changes or announcements in the next 48 hours before MB gets up from his chair to start talking..

Facts are facts. What is evident is that this year we are producing and on track to be a bigger producer and engage in more exploration.

The obvious one is a possibility of JV or a buyout.

I see this as good news because the RNS which clearly now didn't get released means there's a lot forthcoming in the AGM

Negotiations at this stage are bound to be complex and time consuming.

This is not just a question of gathering a few signatures. PC are bound to give PM a proper microscopic check before they put their money on the table.

But at the same time PM should be able to secure a reasonable deal if all goes well

This isn't going to stick around at these levels.

We now know MB has pull some money into this ride to just hold firm and not sink without the shareholders digging into theirpockets. This is where he needs to get any further interest from PC and otheres as well if PC won't play ball.

But despite all this hurdles if you look at recent history we have gone past many such hurdles and we have overcome them.

In fact the ones that come our way now will be a lot easier to overcome as they don't have any bearaucrats or officials causing delays.

Sagrman the funny thing is the newbies keep on appearing with the narrative from the word Go.

I doubt if they are invested and anyway who in his right mind would thrash a investment he's just made

What we are forgetting is TAMSAG has more to offer and we haven't even exploited most of it.

PC have the finances and expertise to do it much more quickly. If they choose to buyout than that would be an indication that they know the potential based on their experience in their half
