It beggars belief that some here are willing to thrash this and keep on the narrative. This ride is now firmly on the path to self income and production. If its a JV or a buyout or a softloan it simply doesn't matter. The overall situation of PM has changed from a few years ago and yet some keep on banging the same old drum.

This is going to prosper .it might take a few weeks or months but in the grand scheme of things this is a very good position .if you can't take take the heat of a AIM stock don't invest in one.

We've been through thick and thin here for the past few years . A few more weeks now especially as the drilling season gets very close isn't going to hurt and besides the future for MATD is looking bright. The majority of LTH have kept faith and this I am pretty sure will be rewarded this year.

Bring on JV or buyout or soft loan .

This is on the way to generating income.

As wos mentioned with a soft loan in place and also other avenues to consider a raise with such a low sp would be out of the question.

IMHO the raising of any further capital is AGM material and should be formally presented and discussed

And also Manx I fully agree when you say a placing now at 50% discount with the SP so low would raise monopoly money.

The SP would need to be around 5 to be attractive

Our biggest hurdle was the governor and the bearaucrats in MG.

We are past that stage now and we are in production as an added bonus.

I think its fair to say that this year our challenges are a lot easier and manageable by The BOD.

That's the impression I get .just my thoughts.

But I am sure there is a plan B here because if this doest materialise than PM will seek other avenues to commence the sale of the oil which is already in production

This is a normal set of events as far as any suppressed stocks goes.

The problem is that this millions of barrels are all deep underground. PC will need to make a clever and calculated offer to PM to make certain there is a lot for them to go JV or to completely buy it out.

They are well aware that with the capital PM have they can't afford to fully exploit this fields.

So it will be interesting to see what the offer is.

My guess would be 12-15p for a takeover

Its common knowledge that PM have had to jump many hurdles in the past few years to get to this position.

Hopefully this opportunity will be grasped by the management to take the company to a strong and self supporting organisation and to start revenue streams. Exact details wether its a JV or a buyout will I think be released in a few days.

As many have been saying 2025 is a very good year for MATD.

This was the first real shift in the SP and the first of many.

Its still a long 6to the stable levels expected and way undervalued.
