Understandably, the Ukraine issue is having a negative effect on the markets but...it is still a temporary situation which may last for more months or less. The reality of the future was given in a RR press release today which spotlights on their aero electric engines and marine developments. This seems to bring us down from the febrile reaction of the market at present. The future is out there and that's where RR is heading...https://www.rolls-royce.com/#section-modules
I think the Ukraine issue has always been a PR exercise for Putin and not a military one. The threat of war will I think will be concluded one way or the other over the weekend which brings me to the memory of that Monday when the markets collapsed when Covid took over.
This Monday I believe will be the opposite and see a take off in RR's SP.

RR SP rose quickly to 147 recently reflecting the fall of Covid. So, it is very capable of rising to that level again when Omicron is stabilised. After that, the emphasis will be on RR's technological innovation in all of its sectors.
I am certainly no trading expert but I have invested here and there over a number of years. As has been said below it is not RR which is at fault due to wrong policy decisions but the virus. The only concern is the timeframe of the virus and the time it will take to get back to normality. The SP will start to recover very soon and I have the feeling that this week will see the start of that believe me.
