Capex for stage 1 is approximately $40 million. The split of debt to equity is a big question. As the payback for this is only 1.6 years I think debt will be the majority of finance, as much as 80-90%.
So being pessimistic a equity raise of $10 million is not far from the mark.

Also at production I believe they may star looking at the other 75% of the resource.

The only problem with that it the current UK infrastructure. It would not be able to handle the demand of the workforce arriving back home at 6pm and plugging in.
