Private Equity thought was cheap, but assuming board wanted more. It will be underpinned, so lower it goes the more I plan to buy. Good to see Director buys, including recent one on 19May

(2) I know private landlords have exitted buy to let significantly, and HMO regulation also difficult. Agreed with geo politics, but definitely a need for Student Reits to take up slack?

UK Commercial Property REIT Merged into Tritax Big Box in 2024.

Tritax EuroBox Bought out by Brookfield in late 2024.

Big Yellow (BYG) Blackstone eyeing takeover; no firm deal yet.

SHED (Urban Logistics REIT) Now part of LondonMetric after 2025 deal.

So Blackstone buys Warehouse Reit outbidding BBox, then very shortly later flips the Warehouse Units to BBOX.

If they manage to offload their Spanish Shopping Centre this is going to fly. If there results on 3rd May are just bad, ie not really bad , this is going to fly. Every time these get cheaper they get better value. I am buying every 1-3% down. Hope i do not run out of bottle or money
