Whilst Day will no doubt be a highly useful team player for the projects, I do believe that the main reason he has been appointed is to develop GGP`s own 100% owned assets, Swag and later Rudall. GGP will have shown him the initial data. There is something in that data which has convinced him to become involved. The delay in releasing the info could be because some kind of introductory SWAG jv with Newcrest is being negotiated.

We await the presentation of data, no doubt rich in copper, plus bonus in gold. Expect a spike in the sp towards the end of the year, possibly mid-40s before settling back on inevitable top-slicing. LTHs and IIs who have entered at 35p and under will be more than happy.

It is no coincidence that an institutional fund has bought in ahead of results. They will be getting them at the pre-release price. GGP knows what the results are and can hold off for a while before publicizing them, so allowing the ii to take the stock. It is not a case of withholding data, rather that it takes a few days for the results to be fully analsed, then put into presentable form, along with commentary, then released via RNS. The timing of release is highly convenient for the parties concerned.

There is abs no way they would make a decision on other assets without having the initial drill indications and a plan for Swag. It is so obvious they are going ahead 100% to develop lucrative Swag, and they cant possibly devote the necessary time and expense elsewhere, hence the Juri jv to lretain a smallish % and let Newcrest deal with it

Pi hot money can`t see an imminent 50% increase so sets off in search of the next wonderstock. IIs will take dvantage, mopping up, basing their actions on medium term fundamentals. Hold for Scally and beyond. Happy with present sp as my ave is 1.77p
