Main point about this is not the dilution or CEO bunging in £50k. It is very obviously being rushed through. Why do they want a quick £7m? Chances are that they have found something of interest outside the tenements shared with Newcrest and want these developed. The £7m could be a deposit of a bank loan. Whatever it is, the urgency of the matter stands out. Furthermore, the 9pm cut-off excluded a lot of wannabe pi punters.

50m shares to be issued, so fairly insignificant dilution considering the use of the cash to develop things at warp speed. Placing price at 14.5p sucks but it's pretty normal procedure for an AIM stock.

Forget the primary bid as you'll be able to pick up shares in the open market at or around that price. Better still, turn off the PC and tune back in for the agm next month.

Best to ignore this short term fix which is allowing a few hnws and Ds in at mates rate price. Sp will bottom at 14. Sit back and wait a couple of weeks, then start to enjoy the rise into the 20s

Exactly. AIM is full of punters looking to double their money within a month. The thought of having to hang onto something for a 20% rise in a whole quarter is horrifying, anathema. "Feck the fundamentals, show me the dough" is the M.O.

A 1p drop on a 10m trade brings £100k gain for a hnw shorter. Easy money. A necessary part of the sp process is to pi55 off as many pis as possible.

While things are a bit rough on the sp front, take advantage of the depressingly slipping price. Stay calm and add little top-ups on the journey. Await the inevitable revelations.

As we have seen, volatility brings out the usual mob of AIM shysters, spivs and con-artists who are actually very talented at making money for themselves. Throw in Zak, Doc Holliday and other tweeter cowboys and Joe Public PI is in for a bit of a drubbing.

Best to be cautious and think in terms of 6m oz equating to 25p.. Where it goes wrong is bb hyping 20m oz and it comes out as a s 5m oz causing massive disappointment, a pi sell-off then we are back in the teens for a while. Value will out in due course.

Shorters have had their bit of fun. Period of volatility should now give way to a steady upward curve, which the Co. itself seems keen to encourage. Developer is turning more into an investment stock rather than a quick in an d out put. Should be looking at 5%-10% weekly increases into the new year with an occasional dip. Rerate to 25p on MRE release end-Jan.

The chatter being any trades less than £20k in value. Anything above this is significant because it is not SIPP or ISA related. HNWs and IIs are moving money around. Big trades can bring big profit, even with just small movements in the sp.
On fundamentals, there is no reason for a steady fall in the sp. The fall is a manipulation, preying on market sentiment.
Pis need to focus on the bigger prize, above all do not get tricked into parting with your shares at these artificial low levels

So many weak hands here, increasingly pi55-offable as the sp is made to slump. Dare the hnw's who are manipulating this stock take it down into the 15s for the buybacks? Risky ploy, because Newcrest could drop news on and beyond Havieron which could easily see the sp back in the 20s sharp style. That would be a big hit for someone who has borrowed and sold several million GGP shares around the 17p mark

Unusual rns to put out. I'd say that SD is on our side, well aware of bb chat which is exposing the nefarious trading. Boosting the sp to stop the shorting taking full effect.
