Blatant manipulation of the sp ahead of t/o. NCM wanting to buy out GGP for £1bn? That`s just 25p. SD finishes up with the top COO job at NCM....

M&A specialist in to smooth the t/o. SD gets put i/c all ops, rather than remain as 2nd fiddle GGP consultant. NCM look to be the secret buyer, in the process of taking a substantial stake in the 20s ahead of full acquisition. 5% at fmv would be a heavy price to pay. Big picture starting to emerge here.

In a year ago at 1.77p and now sitting tightly at 21.77p.

The present hump is down to mms and bb sucking in too many ppl on hype, notably swag. Present decline is the fleecing of the innocents. Expect settling back soon around 30p.

Dipping the sp influences pis to look around for better opportunities elsewhere. It`s all down to short-term behaviour. The average AIM punter couldnt sit on his hands for a fortnight even if superglue was applied. Now is the time to buy, yet many are so pi55ed off their thoughts hover around the sell button. Dont be fooled by the doom and gloom scenario which is setting in here.

MMs can suck pis in by the thousand and then spit them out. Drive the sp down, ppl get fed up, disillusioned and sell. Lemmings being tipped over the cliff. Welcome to AIM. Once the dust has settled and investors regain the balance over punters, the sp will conform to fundamentals. In the meantime ride the volatility. Fair market price is around 33p.

Clearly shows up the overheating into the 30s. Take that hump out and the upward trend remains there for all to see

String of round figure buys at this price. Interesting. A broken up large buy perhaps. Seems like the low point has been reached. Fits with GH top up recently.

Someone accumulating through a huge buy order, something like "get me 250m in the low-to-mid 20s. I`m guessing that it`s one of America`s big two, JPM or MS. These iis will deploy every dirty trick in the book to get what they want, and that includes infiltrating the bbs to create bad feelings about the stock. You have been warned. Do not sell out to these crooks.

Picking up after quick morning dip

Most of these pis will have done little or no research. No interest in fundamentals. Their cash simply flits from one Company-of-the-month prospective money-trebler to another in search of a quick buck.

Any AIM Co. which has 000s of punter pis is fair game for mms slaughter of the weak. All that is required is a dipping of the sp. The shares are swiftly transferred across to iis-i-waiting.

4.3m buy just showed up. After-hours notification. 25.70p paid

VE held 5.93% of GGP`s 3.9bn as at 18 Dec. 231m shares declared.

Whether they have been accumulating since is not known esp as they have been delaying notification. One suspects that recent sp slippage is due to VE or another ii getting a further big buy top-up order filled at mid-to-low 20s.
