Latest set of results increase the exploration upside. In due course, Hav may be found to extend into satellite systems. Unlikely that they hit the sweet spot and it peters out to a full stop. And the sp remains superglued to 8. Unbelievable really.

No doubt in my mind that SB wanted 100% Hav and took a gamble on GGP not being able to raise full funding in inflationary times. SD has not fallen for the bluff. Note that Newcrest is now calling the set-up Telfer Province ie Hav mining is subsumed into the enlarged operation.
With cards having been laid on the table, the path now is for the games to stop and both Cos proceed fast-forward to getting this mine operational in 2024.

What's going to happen to the 362m? Well, they are not being bought at 8.2p to be sold sub-8, that is for sure. The vast maj I suspect will have found a sticky hands home, not to be traded. For the mo, the sp is being held at pretty much the placing price. Yet pretty much everybody knows that fmv is in the teens.

So, that leaves us with the shorters, who have to buy back at some point. A Newcrest release stating delay in commencement of production could take sp a tad lower, and trigger a buying spree at mid-7. Imo, the BFS changes everytning, and we'll see full funding through equity/debt finance right through to 2024 Hav production + further drilling elsewhere.

In the circumstances, anything in the 7s must surely be ideal topping-up territory and a surefire money doubler by the end of the year.
