It’s inconvenient for the profitability narratives on here that they didn’t allow for the correct uplift, but I can see why PB didn’t want to shine a light on the bills he was running up. But that is a reprehensible lack of transparency when you consider the significance of these particular wells to TXP.

And yet none of you could demonstrate that the onshore percentage was different and you even resorted to making stuff up. Shame on the lot of you.

Is no sidetrack that huge? Probably saved them a cost uplift of at least 50%, but no sidetrack is no guarantee of success. I don’t remember Chinook being sidetracked, unlike Royston. Both Royston and Chinook were disasters though:

Revisiting that, given the lack of news this morning, it seems to me that the missing placing money may well be delayed again. We’ll find out for sure on Monday. I still maintain that if it has actually gone away we would have to have been told immediately.

The funding news is obviously going to drop at least a few days before the logs become available. One thing at a time.

G_G_G - it’s probably a lot more likely than not that it will appear - if there’s a significant problem it would surely have to have been flagged up before now. If it’s not received but it’s just a short further delay with further assurances, that won’t have much impact on the share price. If it’s now not coming at all, there will be a complex RNS for everyone to digest, and the share price will undoubtedly take a significant hit - how significant will depend on what exactly is in the can of worms.

I do not know why you persist and I was certainly surprised when Johnoxxx (who thinks information should be “accurate and not completely wrong and misleading”) repeated similar untruths (“As I have said many times, investors have been told by the CEO previously the cost of the side track. And it was no where near 50%. That’s a fact. And others also have witnessed that.”). You maybe didn’t like the percentage I suggested, but next time check your facts before you go all in on the BB.

Supersport - the point is that Hardolestation is not telling the truth, as he well knows and as anyone familiar with the MDAs and recent PB interviews can see for themselves. You have to call that sort of thing out.
