Supersport - compare and contrast the stake that the late Bruce Dingwall had in TRIN - while he was with them, TRIN shareholders had a real sense that his interests aligned with theirs. When TRIN was up against it, BD truly went into bat for the shareholders - the deal that TRIN emerged from suspension with made a huge difference to me personally.

It’s quite a thought that after all these years the value of the shares he owns appears to be less than the value of one year of his remuneration and represents a tiny fraction of the TXP MCAP.

It’s certainly large enough that his interests are not adequately aligned with shareholders’ - his package insulates him from the effects of the share price depreciation that he has presided over in recent years.

Is that $10M+ of funding at a higher level now totally irretrievable and does no one have a claim against anyone that might benefit the company? If so, how did that happen? And how do the RNSs that TXP issued before that funding went completely away look now?

Interesting to see that the BB Police have removed my “fanboys” query about legal remedies. So let’s double down on it: where is AIM Rule 11 when it comes to the funding situation? Looks like a distinct lack of transparency to me. TXP must have a pretty clear idea of where they stand by now and should be telling the market whether or not they have any legal remedies. And if they don’t have any legal remedies, someone should be considering his position.

That covers a multitude of sins from Cas-1ST1 through to absolute disasters.

Johnoxxx - it is hardly a surprise, it was nearly at TD without incident the last time they updated. Positive logs do not necessarily translate into good flow rates, as TXP’s Ortoire experience has shown.

Not suggesting it’s a blow the doors off investment - those ask you to take a lot more risk than GGP is asking you to take - but even if the prices of gold and copper just consolidate where they are, GGP should do you proud.
