Why on earth would the BOD buy shares in their own company if they knew the truth and it was only going to go down in value. The BOD are incompetent but not stupid.

At this rate the company will be worthless in about 3-5 weeks.

Sure there might be a 50% + drop on their update, but at least it might put a floor under the constant day by day decimation of the shareprice, and could maybe regain any trust from there ?

Valirx has done two death spirals before this one, and they both had the exact same effect on the share price, (although the terms of this one are far far more destructive) So the share price drop will not have come as any surprise to the company.

It looks like it has just dawned on Valirx management that if the break fee becomes applicable then it will be an instant bankruptcy, and they will no longer receive any wages.

You really would have thought they would have thought about this before they signed the agreement.

Valju - there are 6 million red trades all within 20 seconds of each other , all at 0.32 so i would assume they are sells and thats why the live bid/ask has dropped.
