And I read something last week; either in the SEC filing or elsewhere, that suggested the emerging growth company route is subject to a max MC of $700m at the time of application to NASDAQ.
Apparently, this route allows an expedited process for listing with less burdensome requirements, and would allow for ARB to IPO at the start of the bull-run, which, as I’ve said in previous posts, is critical to the company’s future success.
I’m not worried. The last 9 months have been a rollercoaster, but not once have I been worried. It’s just a matter of time with ARB.
I am hoping that the NASDAQ listing happens in Oct and I’m hoping the SP is held back until then.
Chaebol,
Stabilisation relates to price differential between ADS and the underlying shares. The underwriters - who issue the ADSs - can naked short the underlying shares to ensure they reflect the ADS price.
I think you already knew that though…
It also stops those who were intending to sell during the upcoming bull run.
If this IPO is heavily bought by II’s, it’s a massive vote of confidence in ARB’s longer term future/profitability - not just during a bull run.

I was getting frustrated last week re lack of ipo details and potential implications of such,..
Now they’re out, and I’m really liking what I’m seeing. Assuming JPM don’t get up their usual tricks, I think we’re looking at ~10% dilution at ~$2 per share for the $75m.
I think this strikes a very, very good balance between capital raise and investor sentiment. I was thinking we’d be looking at ~30%, and was concerned, but think PW has actually taken note of shareholders’ concerns re dilution. I’m very pleased with this.
I think we’re in for a spectacular 3-4 months. Bitcoin constantly pushing new ATHs, miners become increasingly popular, strong news flow re Texas and machines.
Yea, there will be more dilution before the year-end but, the SP will be much higher = less dilution, and a direct, tangible, visible benefit in the form of new hash rate.
Absolutely top drawer.
I agree.
The thing is, when is PW going to start paying for talent and other things with the company’s money rather than our money.
When does he stop diluting, when does he start borrowing (putting that $100m credit facility to use) instead, and when does he sell some of the HODL?
Yes, pretty much all the other miners have diluted their shareholders, but they have a bigger investor base. PW is killing sentiment with all these dilutions, and the American market will be mindful of this.
A strategy for how ARB funds it’s continued existence would be very welcome right now.
This bb is, by far, the best on lse.
Some incredible contributors, with incredible knowledge, that many are incredibly grateful to.
The trolls have been out in force for the past few months, but I know the good times will return and the incredible insight will be in free flow once more.
Just to set the record straight, I wrote:
“ I’ve estimated about $250m.”
You even quoted it - verbatim.
You do realise that estimate ? fact, right? I even wrote that it’s my estimate, so it could never be fact.
You might be a cantankerous ****e but that’s no excuse for poor comprehension.
