These rent full shopping centres to multinational listed supermarkets, really low default rate.

It's as guaranteed an income as you can get. It's my third REIT hold with PHP (medical centres and the like, leased to NHS mainly) and THRL (large luxury old people's homes)

I thought at the time of the RNS announcing the partnership, the investor wasn't named. I'm sure there's reasons, but it seemed a bit odd

If you look at the London Stock Exchange website it's showing market cap at 4.11m which at today's price indicates that the extra shares are now added in to MC.

Am I right in believing that reporting large positions is statutory, if so where is it.

You'd have thought they'd want the investors details out there. Not knowing could put other investors off.

I imagine they are genuinely excited at the steps GENF is making in the field...............

As I said, a bit strange, loads of sellers on the back of some positive news.

They must all be selling at a loss as I can't remember it being this low.

I get the dilution is an issue, but if the pet trial is successful it could be worth big millions, it's also only a 12 month trial and without as many restrictions as human medication approval.

I suppose the initial drop is factoring in the dilution, but I, for one, can live with that as it brings the funding.

The big positive is that the institutional investor will have completed their due diligence and found the company to be worth an investment of nearly half a million.
