The difference in purity is the main problem, with PHE producing highly pure hydrogen, whilst AFC's main push is for lower % purity hydrogen plus of course ammonia as a fuel cell feed.

All companies anywhere near to the market size of AFC, is at risk of a takeover.

Whilst such a takeover would not I feel be in AFC's or/and investors interest, it would not break my heart.

This is due to the fact that once a company made any sort of approach, the accompanying media exposure, would no doubt bring other players into the bidding game.

With a current sp of 46p, I doubt AFC could be persuaded to sell out for less than £1, which would put me multiple times into profit, with my average buy around 21p.

But saying that, my preference is for AFC to continue along that partnership round, at least until the sp is 10 times my average buy.

I post this, because some look at AFC at 100% nil chance of being taken over due to the years of work put in by management to reach the stage we are currently in.

It is often said, that 'Every man has his price', I know I have mine but the sp is where near my sell out price yet.

It has already been mentioned that the Covid enquiry will look at all aspects of the NHS, including procurement.

When you see some NHS Trusts purchasing the same equipment as another NHS Trust, but paying over 3 to even 5 times the amount, plus looking at how much less they would pay on the open market, the procurement situation in the NHS, is unbelievably monetarily wasteful, and some with a suspicious mind, might hint corrupt.

Lets just hope the Feedback tech is looked at for what it appears to be, the best on the market plus a money saver, therefor ending up situated in all NHS Trusts, a few years down the line.

Been to Spain many times, and seen the many unfinished building project, which are mainly due to as you say 'Tax reasons', but also down to many potential purchases, paying in instalments as and when the can afford those payments.

Next time you go to Spain, just count how many on site are actually working, compared to the UK.

I would put good money, on the Polish build overtaking the UK build, even allowing for the head start at Protos.

If you ever see a project starting abroad at the same time as a similar project in the UK, the UK project nearly always takes far longer to complete.

Whenever I go abroad, I usually see more workers actually working than standing around, whereas in the UK, regularly see 1 man digging a hole, whilst 5 or 6 stand around watching, or on their mobile phones.

I think the reason is, that whereas in the UK, even a raised voice by a foreman is likely to bring union action, in other countries often slack working bring quick sackable results.
