I am opposite to you re my time invested in AFC, as I have been invested since they first floated, but as to both our current feelings on where the company is, and its future we are running in parallel.

As you say, the quick buck won't be looking at AFC, but those current flavours of the fast recovery, whereas AFC will be the flavour of the future, IE next 6 to 18 months and beyond.

Having now listened to the presentation, I am more confident in the future of AFC, than I have ever been in the many years (since they floated) I have been invested.

Not turning cart wheels over the update, but also not too disappointed, in fact more positive than negative.

What I would have liked was a mention of either a great big rebate on the 'crap' Lemu machine or that they were looking to legal actions to obtain a refund, under 'Not fit for purpose as per contract'.

Very pleased with the continual progress made during 2020/21, especially as they had to deal with the Covid fallout.

My son works in computers, and his companies biggest customer was given a 6 month clear space in the yearly contractual payments.

It was either that agreement, or this customer would have struggled to pay, the monthly contractual fees and probably had been bankrupted.

I would think that as said by Eckoh, although none contact payments, customer not present payments increased, I am certain that if the pandemic had not occurred Eckoh would have made even more profit due to more contracts being signed

Looking forward to their continuing progress over the next 12/18 months.

Today on reading that a new scanner that can be used to detect heart disease, within 20 minutes, saving what would normally be hours of investigations, including angiograms, I immediately thought that this would be yet another bonus for medical staff to have instantly on the Feedback system.

The technology called 'Heartflow' turns a regular CT scan into a 3D image, which would be a good fit for Feedback, along of course with any other images that would be required should such as Heartflow test provide evidence that further treatment was required.

I then see that the SP is at present 7.69% up.

Really like the bit about the companies commissioning of a 'C02 footprint report', that is soon to be released.

Tim, did say that he had a sneak preview of the report, that shows the C02 footprint to be in minus negative territory, and that as soon as it is officially released, it should prove the concept, to interested parties, including the UK government.

Also the added positive that the company can make a profit, without any government subsidies, but if subsidies are offered to other companies, a level playing field should result in Powerhouse still receiving a subsidy.

If anyone has not already listened to the interview, I recommend they do so.

Several years ago I used to regularly follow Motley Fool, which convinced me that all I was reading was research that looked as if it took minutes, not hours on company structures/future prospects.

Motley Fools reporting on companies, is so poor that they should drop the first name and publish under the banner 'Fool'.

I usually find value in Haggis's posts, but have to agree his 'selfish if you don't drive a EV', is very insulting.

there are many millions who are holding oonto older combustion engined cars, due to financial ristrictions.

My next car will definitely be an EV, but I intend to hold onto my 9 year old car for at least another 3 years, till I can afford an EV.

But, I wish I could get a glimpse of the contract between, PHE and Peel re Protos, as I am hoping there is a clause re any extending delay by Peel to the completion of the work.

I ask this, because about 3 years ago a construction contract between a road construction company and a County Council, did not contain any delay clause re compensation (admitted by the Council).

This resulted in the construction company, leaving the project half way through, in order to concentrate on another contract/project and it was only through a public name/shame protest that resulted in them returning to complete after a 7 month period of no work done whatsoever.

Not saying that is happening, between PHE and Peel, but they appear to be working at a pace that suits them, but not PHE.

The Linkedin comment re the number being recruited and varied skills required, is to my mind as good or better than many RNS releases.

Why would any company recruit so many extra skilled staff, if they were not certain of work for those staff, being guaranteed.

That info has set me up for the week-end!!

Very unlikely that they would risk releasing a RNS to coincide with any news release at the CME, as there would bound to be a delay.

From experience, companies release an RNS pre market opening at the latest on the day of the event, as there has been criticism in the past that information has not gotten through to either persons travelling to such events, or/and persons not at the events not receiving such information in parallel time.

As they will be breaking market rules if they release any sp effecting information, such as contracts at the Capital Market event, I am very confident that such news will be released over the next 2 weeks.

So used to looking forward to that 0700 RNS, hopefully won't have long to wait.

Closed Loop Medicine, already has contacts/partnerships with 1 NHS, 2 CPI (probably Medtec), 3 Porferit Pharma (China) and 4 Innovate UK (a non-departmental public body operating at arm's length from the Government as part of the United Kingdom Research and Innovation organisation.

So Dr Felicity Sartain already has connections, that could prove very valuable to RMS.

Fully agree that take up of the placing numbers would have been already provisionally submitted, but still the closing was very quick to others I have seen even regarding those on the main markets.

All bodes well.

This has to be one of the quickest closing of any fundraisings I have ever seen.

Whilst it boded well, that AFC saw no need to underwrite the fundraising, I never dreamed that it would close quite so quick, and saw tonight's market close as being the earliest.

This to me indicate, both cream on my coffee and icing on my cake.

I would have loved this to have been an open offer and not a placing, but as a placing is so much quicker, even with us PI's missing out, if they need the extra cash in quick time, it points even more to very quick expansion and gearing to getting the product off the shelves and out into the big 'green energy hungry' world.

Dilution yet again, but this time about 10%, but I thinb once these RNS's sink in and are more understood, I expect within a very short time (a week or 2), the sp will easily be 20% up.

With the extra clarity as to where AFC and the big boys already coupled with AFC, surely another big fund raiser, less than 1 year from the last in this instance can only mean good days/years to follow.

If they need even more cash, as the RNS shows, there must be very big moves within the short/mid term.

So more dilution, yes, but is this an indication of the previous cash call, being wasted or/and the company frittering it away, no chance, it shows that things are about to move far faster than we could imagine.
