With all respect but your definition is a bit wrong. I have invested money in other company with mcap over 30mln and a share price was 4.5p now is stable at 2.5p.

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 12,344,541,143 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each with one voting right per share ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 12,344,541,143.
This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
