I really felt like Tim was saying to potential bidders in yesterdays interview- if your thinking of making a bid, we are in talks with potential buyers but the door is very much open for you to come look at our data and also make a bid.

We are financially stable, in no rush to sell.

We are looking at a Billion pound deal with around £150-£200m upfront payment and the rest in future royalties. That could achieve a mcap of £500m and I think that’s very realistic.

I think retest of highs today. That interview was a big warning shot and shows how the speeding RNS was purely following market rules.

You literally cannot come up with that financing structure unless you beleive you are going to get maximum value out of it, and Imm are confident with the news coming this will be well over 10p.

You also cannot come out and explain the reasoning you took theirs structure and then not have the news to back it up and deliver on it. Tim would be leaving his head on the block abs leaving himself wide open for investigation.

Sorry more shares than that after a re read. Still the value should be added to the mcap back in cash, it’s a no news kind of day really.

I don’t see the problem, dilution because of an added 10% ish shares to circulation, but around a 10% of the mcap in cash (actually more) added to the balance sheet. Cannot see a drop past the issue price and in my eyes it should rise now that that’s cleared up.

I’ve Been re reading results recently looking to buy back in, I just can’t see any real head room for a rise here. This company is existing to service debt and pay a dividend, it’s like a bigger PMO.

The Deal hasn’t really added any substantial value unless next years capex is dramatically reduced which I’m guessing it will be.

Still it’s hardly a low risk investment for a minimum return on a dividend.
